regular session on November 13, 2012 to apprise the
Body with respect to the various activities in
connection with the 8 th Bicol Business week;
2. Committee Report - Hearing of the 10SP CH No.
2012-06, Committee on Urban Poor Affairs held on
November 5, 2012;
3. Letter dated November 5, 21012 of Atty. Perfecto N.
Bragais III, City Legal Officer, requesting that a
Compromise Agreement be ratified with respect to
the Zaens property to be used as the site of the
Waste-to-Energy Facility;
4. Letter dated November 7, 2012 of Atty. Perfecto N.

passage of a resolution authorizing the City Mayor
to negotiate with Mr. Jesus Labrador to purchase

and Drivers Association (CEPODA) is the legitimate
organization of PUJ plying Pacol-Centro and vice
versa, with a policy stands for vacation of five (5)
days of PUJ everyday which is contrary to LTFRB, and
requesting for a random drug testing of CEPODA
drivers and conductors;
