specifically the policy of designating the terminal located at Sabang,
Naga City;
a) Letter dated February 9, 2012 of Councilor Rosa Mia L. King,
Chairman, Committee on Public Utility of the Sangguniang Bayan of
Daet, Camarines Norte, requesting for due consideration of their
transport sector sentiments;
6. Letter dated January 21, 2012 of P/SSupt. Antonio Nilayan Gardiola,
Officer-in-Charge, Naga City Police Office, informing and submitting
the activities they were undertaken in line with the implementation of
City Ordinance No. 2011-017;
7. Letter dated February 6, 2012 of P/SSupt. Antonio Nilayan Gardiola,
Jr., Officer-in-Charge, Naga City Police Office, submitting comment on
the letter of Mr. Eugenio G. Renton, representative of New Calabanga
Transport Cooperative on several problems/difficulties they are
encountering relative to the temporary use of LCC terminal;
8. Letter dated February 6, 2012 of P/SSupt. Antonio Nilayan Gardiola,
Jr., Officer-in-Charge, nasga City Police Office, informing that he
directed the Chief of Police Station No. 2 to study the proposed rerouting
scheme relative to the letter dated December 19, 2011 of Mr.
Alex B. Velarde, President, Mabolo-LCC-Centro Operator’s and Driver’s
Association (MLCODA) on the application for re-routing of jeepneys for

the benefit and advantage of the riding public/passengers from
Southbound Terminal and nearby areas to ACBD vice versa;
9. Letter dated February 2, 2012 of Danilo A. Bernal, proponent, terminal,
submitting the Management Required Van Operator’s Guidelines Fees and
Obligation of Van Operators;
10. 1 st Indorsement dated January 26, 2012 from His Honor, the City Mayor,
endorsing the letter of Ms. Josephine R. Salazar, representative,
Business Sector Organization, Tabuco, Naga City, seeking the
establishment of transport terminals in the said Barangay;
11.Board Resolution No. 02 of the Peace & Unity Multi-Purpose Cooperative
(PUMPCO), requesting the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga to
allow by resolution or ordinance the existing Twenty-Five (25) units of
Special Trimobile Franchise of Barangay Del Rosario, this city, to
operate within the territorial jurisdiction of Barangay Del Rosario,
which in effect will amend the provisions of City Ordinance No. 2001-
047, as amended, granting Special Trimobile Franchise to said Twenty
Five (25) units of trimobile;
