Upon instruction of HON. CECILIA B.VELUZ-DE ASIS, Chairman, Committee
on Appropriations, please be invited to a committee hearing on Thursday
August 18, 2011, 2:00 P.M. at the City Vice Mayor’s Office, City Hall, City
of Naga to treat the following matters:
1. 1 st Indorsement dated August 15, 2011 from the City Budget Officer,
forwarding the Supplemental Budget No. 1 of Barangay Sabang, this
city for the Calendar Year from January 1 to December 31, 2011 as
embodied under Appropriation Ordinance No. 0006, S. 2011 involving
the amount of Two Hundred Seventy One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty
Seven Pesos & 59/100(P271,287.59) representing Underestimated IRA for
January to June 2011 and RPT and CTC shares CY 2010, reviewed and
found it in conformity with the provisions of the Local Government
Code of 1991;
2. 1 st Indorsement dated July 27, 2011 from the City Budget Officer,
forwarding the Supplemental Budget No. 1 of Barangay Triangulo, this
city for the Calendar Year from January 1 to December 31, 2011 as
embodied under Appropriation Ordinance No. 03, S. 2011 involving the
amount of Four Hundred Thousand Eight Hundred seventeen Pesos &
66/100(P400,817.66) representing Underestimated RPT shares as of
April 30, 2011, reviewed and found it in conformity with the
provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991;
3. Letter dated July 27, 2011 of Mr. Frank M. Mendoza, City Budget
Officer, requesting for the passage of an ordinance reverting to
unappropriated balance the total amount of P412,466.00 from the
following accounts:

a)Special Purpose Account (SPA)-assistance to NGAs P214,500.00
b)SPA-League of Citites of the Phils. 155,327.62
c)City Mayor’s Office,Capital outlay-equipment 41,920.00
d)City Mayor’s Office,CapitalOutlay-Motor vehicles 718.38
TOTAL P412,466.00
4. Resolution No. 2011-006 of the Naga Senior Citizens Federation,
Inc., requesting approval of Honorable City Mayor John G. Bongat
realigning some items in 2011 Federation Budget and Saving to
purchase urgently needed equipment, materials and supplies;
5. 1 st Indorsement dated July 28, 2011 from His Honor, the City Mayor,
endorsing the letter of Mr. Ronald G. Llavanes, et.al, seeking
sponsorship amounting to forty Thousand Pesos (P40,000.00) which
will use to cover their registration fee, airfare and other expenses
relative to their participation in the 8 th Dato Arthur Tan Malaysia
Chess Championship and the 2 nd Merdeka Individual Rapid Chess
Tournament to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from August 17-25,
2011 and August 26, 2011;
6. 1 st Indorsement dated August 5, 2011 from His Honor, the City Mayor,
endorsing the letter of Mr. Frank M. Mendoza, City Budget Officer,
requesting for funding by the Market Enterprise Promotion Office
amounting to One Hundred Forty-six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos
(P146,500.00, chargeable against the budget surplus;
7. 1 st indorsement dated July 27, 2011 from the Office of Hon. Nelson S.
Legacion, City Councilor, endorsing the letter of Ms. Flordeliza
Abogado DXMC Coordinator of Calauag Elementary School and B/Kgd.
Letecia A. De Leon, Chairman, Committee on Education, Barangay
Calauag, Naga City, requesting for financial assistance for the repair
of the musical instruments being used by the school’s Drum, Xylophone
and Majorette Corps (DXMC), in preparation for the coming Peñafrancia
Festival;
8. Letter dated August 10, 2011 of Atty. Victor C. Reyes. Re-iterating
his request for payment relative to the property owned by his clients,
Mr. Allan Tan, Mr. Eddie Crescini and Mr. Nathaniel Uy with terms and
conditions stated in his letter;
9 . Letter dated August 1, 2011 of Rosanna Merlita E. Ilagan, General
PTA President, Tinago Elementary School Parents Teacher’s Association,
requesting for an increase of honorarium of their Security Guards;
