In this course you will learn how to develop and define the right conditions for your project group. We concentrate on analyzing the group’s needs before the start of a project. In such an environment it is imperative that everyone in- volved has the ability to communicate with each other and external parties in an effective and well-considered way. Good communication in projects is about good understanding of the communication needs of all stakeholders, an implemented plan for how the communication will be managed in the project and a culture that encourage an open and honest dialogue. This course will give you an understanding of the importance of communication with all stakeholders in the project and how you can communicate with people in a successful way. It will also give you an understanding of how to plan the communication with the aim to create the best conditions for the project. It can happen anywhere – at home, among friends or at a workplace. When several people need to function or work together, conflict instigators are just around the corner. Conflicts are not something to fear, but a normal and important process for all. As project manager you must be able to act quickly and work effectively in new projects. This course teaches effective conflict management and understanding conflict behavior. You will learn how to deal with conflicts and find alternatives and solutions. In these two days, we offer a mix of short lectures, group discussions and practical exercises, from which you will gain good understanding of the fundamentals of coaching and try hands-on coaching practice.
