HoT WATER SySTEmS
Stationary high pressure systems in hot water operation
are used by stadiko in places like the food industry, truck
washes and washing areas for agricultural machinery,
where grease, oils and other tough contaminants need to
be removed. With oil or gas heated flow-type heaters, water
is heated on the pressure side of the high pressure cleaner.
We’ll gladly advise you also on exhaust ventilation and
other building-related questions.

Also vehicle washing systems for tank cleaning are set up by stadiko.
In the example shown here we have a truck washing system
that uses hot water produced by a biogas plant. The interior tank
cleaning is done by a rotating cleaning head that can be easily lowered
through the tank opening by an electric block and tackle. At
the same time the exterior of the vehicle can be washed.

The nonpulsultra in stall cleaning is a large
volume, reduced rotary speed, stationary, high
pressure system with minimal set-up times.
The most effective cleaning along with a matching
movable hose that is connected to the optimally
placed stainless steel tap connection enable
enormous cost savings. Each system is designed
for its needs and can be laid out for the number
of users of your choice. Of course we also install
hot water systems. Our experienced fitters provide

Professional High Pressure Cleaners
Rigid lines are laid by Stadiko with flexible high
pressure hoses. This offers advantages over the
conventional rigid lines in that pressure shocks
are best absorbed. Long lifetimes are thus
reached and so offer an enormous cost advantage.
The movable hose is connected to an optimally
positioned tap connection. This leads to an
effective and cost-saving cleaning because long
set-up times are eliminated.

Double-stage system
The double-stage system is used where
efficiency is needed when washing with two
persons and for large stall facilities to assure
optimum cleaning times. Automatic switching
on and off ensures uniformly distributed pump
running times on both units. Using the Start/
Stopp fully automatic, the high pressure unit
is simple to put into operation for each tap
connection.

Soaking systems are absolutely essential in professional stall cleaning.
The inexpensive softening system from stadiko assures effective cleaning by
shortening the cleaning time.

Variable solutions
Soaking systems from stadiko are available in various
designs and matched up to suit the stall at hand.
Installation can be configured as a free-suspended
soaking system via PVC bands or stainless steel chains.
Standing spray jets prevent post dripping and soaking
line emptying. If the installation has to be done directly
under the ceiling, the hanging spray nozzles are equipped
with drip stoppers that can be installed with a microhose
of variable length.
Cleaning agents and disinfectants can be dispensed by
the soaking system independent of persons so that the
user is not exposed to harmful vapours and gases. This
takes place either via a tank with a pressure booster
pump (moveable upon request) or a dosing unit that
metres the agent out of a canister. Both possibilities offer
an exact dosing of the cleaning agent and disinfecting
agent. Flushing the lines is easy via removable screw end
caps.

Also a low pressure cooling system accompanies the
soaking system as a double line. Depending on the
application at hand, a second line with misting jets for
cooling or spray jets for soaking can be installed under
the soaking line. Water feed to each line is controlled
by ball valves so that each line needed can be easily
switched. Equipped with a magnetic valve, the cooling
system can be controlled via an existing climate control
computer.
Combined free-suspended soaking and cooling system. Easy opening
and closing of the spraying and misting lines via ball valves. As
an option, control can be done using magnetic valves.
Soaking system and cooling system installation can be
done either on your own or by our professional fitters.

the DESmark chemical injector can be used with both mobile and
stationary high pressure cleaners
Gentle on materials
With the injector’s suction hose, the disinfectant and cleaning agent
is directly siphoned out of the canister. This eliminates any chance
of entry into the high pressure pump itself. Moreover, the high
pressure supply lines for stationary high pressure systems are not
needlessly burdened because the agent that is used is first dosed at
the tap connection. This allows work that is gentle on materials and
components, as the chemicals flow only through the high pressure
hose and through the high pressure pistol.
Also the injector assures a high level of work safety because the
chemical agents can be dosed independent of the person. A previous
mixing of the solutions is not required.
Easy handling
Set up to suit the disinfectant or the cleaning agent, the agent can be
easily discharged. The ball valve of the injector bypass is closed at the
mobile high pressure cleaner. With stationary high pressure cleaners,
the connection is made between the tap connection and the high
pressure hose using a stainless steel plug-in system with the injector
tap connections.
Operational safety against chemical effects is assured using V4A
stainless steel.

Qualified, competent and reliable – the varEx team fulfils

Livestock keeping is threatened by a large number of various
contagions, which can be carried by insects and other media. In
order to prevent the transmission of contagions to successive young
animals, killing all insects after a thorough wet cleaning is essential.
The implementation of conventional methods such as wet disinfection
has been shown to be less efficient and is no longer the state of the
art. Large amounts of diluted agents are flushed over concrete floors
and other hard surfaces and into wastewater systems. This is not
only wasteful and uneconomical, but it also leads to an unnecessary
contamination of ground water and the environment. A more effective
and less costly disinfection can be achieved using fumigation because
less amounts of agents are used
not only in mid-sized agricultural facilities but also in breeding and
fattening farms can disinfection and pest control products be effectively

The implementation of the zoonosis ordinance in
national law and the salmonella ordinance that comes
with it lead to an extra headache in Europe. The sole
use of approved biocides increasingly no longer leads
to the desired results.
About two years ago new methods were proposed and
a new process was developed that guarantees effective
combat despite the stricter ordinances and directives.
Using a process that has been submitted for patent
application, empty stalls are heated up using innovative
ventilation technology and held at a temperature range of
between 65°C and 80°C for a period of 30 to 90 hours.
The decisive difference to the known hot air treatment
method is the application of a new type of ventilation
process. Using this special process, the lower and upper
air layers of the stall are almost equally warm. During the
warm-up phase, a highly effective insecticide is applied
at a certain temperature range. During the subsequent
cooling phase a highly effective microbiological biocide
is used and whose effectiveness is extremely enhanced
when combined with a high stall temperature. When
these components – controlled heating, the use of a
highly effective biocide and insecticide, and controlled
cooling – are tied together and carefully controlled,
then a completely new spectrum of effectiveness is
reached. Disinfection and pest control take place in one
process and with unprecedented success. Salmonella,
coli bacteria, mites and grain beetle are only a few of
the target organisms and micro-organisms that now can
be more reliably combated when the stall is empty. The
work processes are more closely related than previously
thought and which is conventionally the case.
Already today the Disease-Control-Process as
a complete concept guarantees the elimination of
salmonella in the stall and is certified by an accredited,
independent laboratory. Through the use of this process
laying stalls for example have a controllable population
of mites for approximately 7 to 8 months.

The precaution against and prevention of contagions is a highly
sensitive topic that is often discussed publicly. This requires
the highest standards of all involved parties and expert service
companies who can implement all measures in the event
something occurs.
Vetcon GmbH & Co. KG in the city of Dinklage in Lower Saxony,
Germany has been founded for planning how to proceed in
the event of various contagion scenarios and for providing the
necessary equipment and qualified personnel for executing
actual contagion control.
Vetcon GmbH & Co. KG is fully outfitted with all the necessary
equipment so that systems are available for combating
contagions on at least 15 farms. In addition to the proven CO2
killing techniques used when raising animals on the ground
(chickens and turkey), the new closed gangway killing systems
are also available for both swine and cattle as well as for every
type of poultry.
In the poultry area, animals ranging from 100 grams to 30
kilograms are killed using the conventional stall systems in
accordance to the highest standards of animal protection
and work safety. The entire killing process is documented
completely, visually and quantitively. A system that cannot be
seen from outside prevents the creation of pictures or videos
that may be later misused by unauthorised third parties.
In the swine sector, conventional stall techniques and
appropriate gangway killing systems are used in accordance
to animal protection laws and standards. Here all steps are
completely documented. The only difference here is the
technical possibility of a veterinarian testing heart blood.
A specially designed workstation for this purpose allows
ongoing, long-term, reliable work for the veterinarian. The
capacity of the completely self-sustaining system is currently
more than 1000 tonnes of poultry and approx. 1000 tonnes of
swine per day.
For all processes, the principles apply that no animal is seen
leaving the stall from outside and is killed according to animal
protection regulations, and that it reaches the container for the
animal carcass disposal system.
A successfull epedemic control is not depending on the
respective circumstances on the farms.
The entire area is taken care of by highly qualified and intensively
trained employees who are outfitted with the most up-to-date
personal protective equipment. Based on experience and
optimised processes, the start time of a contagion outbreak is
under 12 hours!
A rapid supply with disposable and reusable clothing, as well
as blood test tubes for the first 10-14 days of deployments is
guaranteed. Our own catering rounds out our range of services.
