We have had a great year at the<br />
Better Business Bureau and it has<br />
been my privilege to be the<br />
Chairman of the BBB representing<br />
businesses throughout Mainland<br />
British Columbia. The past year has<br />
been a time of change and of<br />
growth in dicult economic times.<br />
In June 2012, we welcomed Danielle Primrose as our new<br />
President and CEO. Danielle came to us from the retail world<br />
and it shows. In 2012, 538 new businesses were added to our<br />
ranks of Accredited Businesses. Together with our other BBB<br />
Accredited Businesses, they benefited from the BBB’s<br />
