Orchestration Suite
2
TIBCO Fulfi llment Orchestration provides a
comprehensive suite of products that accelerates the
concept-to-cash cycle for multi-play Communications
Service Providers (CSPs) by automating the end-toend
process from product defi nition and design to the
effi cient, accurate fulfi llment of associated orders.
It’s no secret that communications service
providers (CSPs) are facing an incredible
challenge as they enter the second
decade of the 21st century. Competition
is fi erce and coming from all directions.
Churn management has often become as
important as customer acquisition. New
network rollouts such as LTE and Fiber
are coming at a fast pace, and CSPs are
looking at new value-added offerings
such as smartphones, mobile broadband,
convergence, and mobile payments. They
are also partnering with virtual operators,
media companies, and internet players
to extract further value from their assets
and are focusing efforts on operational
effi ciency for improved customer
experience.
In this environment, CSPs face the
challenge of defi ning, managing, and
delivering numerous complex products
and their variations to the market in
the most effective way to differentiate
themselves.
• New product offerings must be
designed and rolled out in a few
weeks, including implementation in
the entire fulfi llment chain.
• Fulfi llment orders shall come from a
large variety of channels with different
SLAs, such as self-care portals,
customer sales representatives, or
even network elements detecting
service access.
• Fulfi llment orders must be instantly
executed and provisioned in-network
to maximize customer experience.
TIBCO supports these needs by
providing CSPs with a comprehensive and
integrated solution ready for complete
end-to-end fulfi llment automation.
TIBCO Fulfi llment Orchestration software
enables CSPs to defi ne new product and
service offerings along with associated
fulfi llment rules and processes, while
automating the delivery from order
capture to network service activation.
TIBCO Fulfi llment Orchestration has
been deployed and hardened in more
than 80 CSPs around the world and
integrated into a wide variety of IT
systems as well as into over 300 network
and VAS platforms. It has been deployed
at greenfi eld organizations and top
telecommunications providers – in both
emerging and saturated markets.
The TIBCO Fulfi llment Orchestration suite
