Body Combat<br />

This fiercely energetic program is <strong>in</strong>spired by martial arts and draws<br />

from a wide array of discipl<strong>in</strong>es such as karate, box<strong>in</strong>g, Taekwondo, Tai<br />

Chi, and Muay Tai. Supported by driv<strong>in</strong>g music, you will strike, kick, and<br />

punch your way through calories to superior cardiac fitness.<br />

Aerobics<br />

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that comb<strong>in</strong>es rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretch<strong>in</strong>g and strength<br />

rout<strong>in</strong>es. The goal is to improve all elements of fitness <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio vascular<br />

Crecer, Saber, Mover (To Grow, To Know, To Move)<br />

Inspired by Jaime Zapata’s popular ‘Projecto Crecer’ and open to anyone with a desire to grow <strong>in</strong> health, this high<br />

energy dance class has Lat<strong>in</strong>o dance movement and steps from around <strong>the</strong> world. The focus is on body awareness<br />

and short histories of <strong>the</strong> calorie burn<strong>in</strong>g movements. Us<strong>in</strong>g community resources, <strong>the</strong> class <strong>in</strong>cludes a<br />

monthly health and leadership workshop that focuses on physical, emotional, and relational<br />

wellness with tips for liv<strong>in</strong>g a healthier lifestyle. *Space is limited to 30 people.<br />
