variety of fitness activities to <strong>the</strong> citizens of San Antonio. Gett<strong>in</strong>g<br />

make exercise a regular part of our children’s lives, so check out <strong>the</strong>se great options to do just that! These free<br />
exercise classes are designed just for kids.<br />
Kid Fit SA!<br />
This class is geared towards kids ages 8 to 14. With <strong>the</strong> rise <strong>in</strong> childhood obesity across <strong>the</strong> country, it is vital that<br />
children learn healthy habits at a young age. This moderately <strong>in</strong>tense boot camp style class will teach children how<br />
to improve <strong>the</strong>ir health through physical activity, nutrition, and positive choices. By <strong>in</strong>corporat<strong>in</strong>g fun games,<br />
