Multimat RH 2000-2,

The RH 2000-2 was designed as a Large Board Machine
(Maximum Boardsize 1550x1450mm) for the highest
production needs. To reach a continuous even Quality
with a Production area as large as this, the machine
has to be equipped with some technical specialities
that makes it rise above all other concrete product
machines.
This machine was developed over many years and combines
our practical knowhow with the newest technology. A
harmonic cooperation between electrical and hydraulic
machine functions guarantees a reliable and high output
production of concrete products.

Variotronic – Maximum Concrete Density
For Highest Product Quality
Our patented VARIOTRONIC System consists of a
simple mechanical structure and a fully electronic
control, which is reliable and extremely accurate.
Frequency and Amplitude can be adjusted individually and
produce maximum results during mould filling and main
vibration. Using Asynchron Motors vibration angles adjust
very fast. This causes a short Vibration and a high Product
quality is maintained.

(25mm-500mm) the Multimat RH 2000-2 allows
for the production of many different types of
Concrete Products for Roads, Garden and
Landscaping.
Blocks, Pavers, Curbs or Garden Products: Because
of the flexibility of the RH 2000-2 the customer
can react quickly to a changing market while maintaining
excellent quality that satisfies the highest
of demands.
Development – Design – Manufacturing
HESS Machines are designed on modern 3D-CAD
Systems. Only the best materials are used in the
construction of our machines. To ensure this,
random checks are performed constantly.
In the production of the machine parts only certified
steel is used in conjunction with CNC controlled Welding,
Milling and Drilling Technology. This produces low
manufacturing tolerances and guarantees the highest
Quality.

After commissioning a plant the HESS customer
continues to benefit from the high expertise
and support of our technicians.
Specially trained technicians of our service department
can troubleshoot machinery via teleservice.
