Newsline Allmakes 4x4 Receives Royal Approval for Export Success Allmakes 4x4, the world’s leading independent wholesaler of original parts and accessories for Land Rover vehicles, has been honoured with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade. Founded in 1976, we last won the award for export in 1991. Now we export Land Rover parts and accessories to over 100 countries and have more than doubled our export sales in three years – and in the process have created 22 more jobs at our base in Milton Park, Abingdon Oxfordshire. Each product which qualifies under this range needs to have passed a series of strict selection criteria and had a proven track record of quality and performance. In response to customer requests for an easy system to help identify items within the PR2 range, we are happy to announce the launch of a parts identification tool on the Allmakes 4x4 Trade Portal, simply known as PR2Cat. So this should make parts identification and selection much easier. PR2 now has over 2,000 part numbers in the range and it is still growing. Web Cat provides fast part number identification for over 9,000 of the most popular items of all Land Rover model variants. Since launch, WebCat has registered a record-high 10,000 user clicks. Our customers loved the simple and straightforward cataloguing system. One of them said: “This system will make life much easier for us and we envisage more sales as a direct result of it! “ WebCat not only provides Land Rover part references, but also Allmakes, aftermarket, accessory and kit options such as Terrafirma which makes it one of the most comprehensive catalogues in the Land Rover aftermarket. The Allmakes 4x4 Trade Portal registered users simply just need to click the WebCat icon on the Portal home page to make use of this feature. WebCat Will be also added to Allmakes Shadow soon. Terrafirma chosen by N1 City Land Rover Cape Town to prepare the “N1 City Defender” Terrafirma - Serious 4x4 Accessories, has supported the preparation of the first Land Rover approved and Terrafirma equipped limited edition Defender 90 in Cape Town, South Africa. The development was in conjunction with McCarthy Land Rover N1 Allmakes 4x4 Shortlisted for Awards Allmakes 4x4 has been shortlisted for the Oxfordshire Business Awards - Large Business Award 2011.
