will opt for a guided hike with mountain guides who
know the »Hochkönig« like the back of their hands.
cROSS-cOUNTRy SKIINg
An 8-kilometer groomed trail awaits you. the trail
runs from the Dachegg lift (approx. 5-minute walk
from the hotel) to the Birgkarhaus. enjoy the wonderfully
panoramic views of our fairy-tale winter
landscapes.
SLEIgH RIDES
enjoy winter landscapes snugly bundled up in warm
blankets. We will be glad to provide you with more
info at the reception.
EXERcISE AND AcTIvE AWAKENINg
Gentle, focused exercise for the body and mind
during meditation, the “5 tibetans” or aquacise.
Daily program highlights are listed in the Almpost
newspaper.
TENNIS
Outdoor and 2 indoor courts are available for you to
enjoy. Free in summer - in winter prior to 4:00 p.m.

yOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO US
in order for us to perfectly tailor our SPA treatments
to you, please inform us of any health problems you
have at the time you set up the appointment. We
would also be glad to give you our personal tips
about special treatments for mothers-to-be.
TAKE TIME
So that you are able to enjoy your treatment time
in full, we ask you to register at our SPA reception
around 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Please note that, out of consideration for guests to
follow, we will have to shorten your treatment session
if you happen to arrive late.
yOUR PREFERRED TIMES
Make your appointments well in advance of arrival,
so that we can reserve the times you prefer.
cANcELLATIONS
there is no charge for cancellations received more
than 24 hours in advance. However, if you cancel
your appointment later than that, we will be obliged
to charge you the full treatment price.
cLOTHINg
Please come to treatment in your spa robe. in order
to guard your intimacy, you will be covered during
treatment. in our workout area, please wear appropriate
sports clothing and shoes.
RESERvINg LOUNgE cHAIRS
We ask that you not reserve lounge chairs. You will
also find a spacious area with many loungers in the
Sonnalm on the top floor of the Hochkönig SPA.
cHILDREN AND TREATMENTS
the Sauna Village is a place of peace and quiet.
Please note, then, that admission is permitted only
for ages 14 and up. children and teenagers will find
a family sauna next to the indoor pool, while the
Hochkönig SPA offers special treatments for kids
& teens.
INDOOR POOL & SAUNA AREA
We ask you to wear a swimsuit and swim-shoes in
the pool area. in the sauna area, we recommend
wearing no clothes for hygiene reasons.
