This hard-wearing product of the pump specialist from Bad Urach in Swabia brings quality into the area of high-
pressure pumps for the medium of water. The P3-10 triplex plunger pump meets virtually all the requirements on
the market: cleaning applications such as sewer cleaning, fire extinguishing systems, or pressure testing – the
triplex pump satisfies all requirements. Of special note is its mobile use in vehicles with an oil-hydraulic system. The
directly coupled hydraulic motor is flexibly mountable and allows the installation into small and compact vehicles.
It requires, when the pump is working at full power (38 kW), a swallowing capacity flow of 90 l/min at 275 bar. A
compact unit for any vehicle.
The convincing benefits of the high pressure pump results into a successful concept:
Individual replacement of erosion and corrosion resistant stuffing boxes is possible, enabling a quick
changeover to other pressure stages
Maximum service life due to URACA reversing valves: seat and plate with two sealing surfaces each for
twice the operating times
High operating reliability due to valves sealed with trapezoidal rings
Controlled leakage prevention due to secondary seals
Prevention of water entering power end due to separated construction method
Quick, simple drainage due to manual suction valve release
Easy checking of oil level
Freely selectable drive side and independence of direction of rotation due to space-saving symmetrical
design of power end
With directly mountable hydraulic motor
Design also for continuous operation
Hot water version up to 100 °C with power end cooling
Special version for solvents, acids and brines
Electric changeover from high-pressure to bypass operation without additional switch valve due to suction
valve release
Available as a unit with diesel, electric drive (stationary and mobile) and with hydraulic
The sum of the mentioned qualities reflects the innovation and experience of the market leader and defines the
exceptional quality of the most powerful pump in its class. The base and shaft dimensions of the P3-10 make
retrofitting URACA's "smallest" attractive for many applications.
Pump, unit, spray guns and accessories mean a full range from one source. Proven URACA quality, the best service
as well as real value for money make the unit and pump your number one choice. Whether as a retrofit or as a basic
unit, this pump will be a positive addition to any system.
