Terms / Freight Policy
Warranty :
All merchandise distributed by Direct Auto Import Inc. is covered by a limited
90 day warranty against manufacturer’s defects with the following exceptions :
DAI ALLOYS AND Lifetime for structural defects.
RUFFINO WHEELS : 1 year from date of purchase for cosmetic
defects to the original owner.
ZETA TIRES: Manufacturing defects and ride complaints
for 30 days.
There is no road hazard warranty implied
or given.
ALL OTHER TIRES : Tire Manufacturers warranty.
Orders :
All orders placed before 3pm (EST) will be shipped the same day.
Large orders and mounted wheels and tires will be shipped the next day.
Orders are processed when they are received, we cannot combine multiple orders
made during the same day or orders that are made with Transbec.
Special orders may require a deposit, and cannot be cancelled once accepted by
our supplier.
Customers are responsible for all freight charges on cancelled orders.
Missing, incorrect or extra merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of
delivery.
We highly recommend that you unpack and inspect all merchandise upon reception.
Merchandise Return Policy :
If the goods received are damaged or if some boxes are missing, a clear mention
should be made on the receiving slip upon reception. You must claim missing or
damaged merchandise within 24 HOURS of delivery date, after which we could
refuse the claim request. We highly recommend you unpack and inspect all parts
upon reception.

• You may return any DAI product for credit if it is in perfect condition. Discontinued
products, special order products, display wheels, products that have been installed or
wheels that have had tires installed (test fi t a wheel on vehicle before mounting tires)
are not returnable.
• No more than 10% of yearly purchases may be returned (except defective merchandise).
• A form must be fi lled ; a Return Authorization Number (RGA) must be given in writing
by our return department prior to shipping back the merchandise. This RGA is valid
for one (1) month only.
• No credit will be issued for merchandise returned without a Return Authorization
Number (RGA) and will be shipped back with collect freight.
• All products must be returned freight prepaid, in 30 days after receiving the RGA
number.
• Products returned as defective will be inspected by DAI. Any product found to be
defective will be repaired or replaced at DAI’s discretion and returned freight prepaid.
Products not covered will be returned freight collect.
• Wheels returned without the original boxes or in damaged boxes will be charged
$7.50 per wheel.
• Wheels that are returned without the original protective cover / foam may be damaged
in shipping.
• The Client will be charged for any damage to the wheel / parts being returned.
• Credited items will be at the original purchase price or the current price (the lowest
will be applicable).
