Woll’s factory is the most sophisticated cookware production facility in
the world, and utilises the most advanced technology.
The factory produces over a million pans per year with only 23 staff
- that’s 4500 pans per day!
Each pan travels through over 600m of conveyors and ovens to bake in
each respective layer of the coating process which takes over 3 hours
for each pan. The robotic, computer controlled coating applicators
precisely control the optimal amount of coating for each and every pan.
