Since then, Techni Civils has be<strong>co</strong>me one of the leading Civil Engineering<br />
Contractors in the Eastern Cape. The <strong>co</strong>mpany ’ s success are mainly<br />
attributed to the high ethics and professionalism that is maintained by our<br />
management and staff at all times and our ability to adjust the needs of our<br />
clients. All levels of staff receive the highest quality of training in order to<br />

100 non-permanent waged staff. These workers are often unskilled.<br />
These workers receive the benefit of skills development for the<br />
duration of their <strong>co</strong>ntract. Techni Civils is proud to be a integral part<br />
of South Africa ’ s plans to improve skills development in this way.<br />
