If damage is found, please notify freight<br />

carrier immediately and request an inspection. Please<br />

save all packaging materials until after inspection.<br />

Taking photographs of any damaged product is highly<br />

recommended and helps to expedite freight claims<br />

processing. Shipments from <strong>Fleetwood</strong> are F.O.B.<br />

factory, therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to<br />

file freight claims with the shipper for any damages or<br />

shortages (except UPS).<br />

UPS SHIPMENTS:<br />

Please follow recommended instructions as noted<br />

above for verifying totals of product received, damage<br />

or shortages. For UPS claims, please contact our<br />

Customer Care Specialists.<br />

RETURNING MERCHANDISE:<br />

Please contact a Customer Care Specialist with any<br />

request to return merchandise and to obtain a Return<br />

Authorization Number. <strong>Fleetwood</strong>’s goal of 100%<br />

Customer Satisfaction allows the return of standard<br />

product with a 35% restocking charge and return<br />

freight charges being prepaid. Returned merchandise<br />

must be unused and in resalable condition for credit to<br />

be issued. It is important for any returning product to<br />

be identified with the Return Authorization Number.<br />

We ask that any request for<br />

returning product be requested within 30 days of<br />

original date of shipment and then is received back at<br />

<strong>Fleetwood</strong> within 30 days of receipt of Return<br />

Authorization Number.<br />

WARRANTY:<br />

<strong>Fleetwood</strong> products are warranted against defects in<br />

workmanship and materials. Reference the warranty<br />

document for specific warranty details. If ever you<br />

encounter a problem with our products’ performance<br />

due to a manufacturing defect, please contact a<br />

Customer Care Specialist and we will promptly repair,<br />

replace or provide repair parts<br />

<strong>Furniture</strong> components <strong>Fleetwood</strong> purchases that in<br />

their entirety are attached to our products may have a<br />

lesser warranty (i.e. keyboard trays). This warranty is<br />

voided if it is determined that the product has been<br />

damaged as a result of misuse, modification or<br />

unauthorized repair.<br />
