DESCRIPTION:
Powerful disinfecting grease-remover which allows all food industry
surfaces to be cleaned and disinfected in a single operation. (Tables,
stainless steel utensils, floors, walls, etc).
UTILISATION:
Collect and evacuate the scrpas and the residual water.
Prepare a Gammaclean 1000 solution by means of the POD or the
dosage system.
Soak the surfaces to be treated with the solution.
Scour the surfaces with a scouring brush.
Leave to act for 30 minutes.
Rinse with clear water and scrape away the residual water.
Leave to dry.
DOSAGE:
2% for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Quaternary ammonium.

surfactants, phosponate, and perfume
