1. The sale will be <strong>co</strong>nducted by PGG Wrightson with the <strong>co</strong>nditions of the sale as set<br />
down by the New Zealand Stock and Stations Agents Association, a <strong>co</strong>py of which is<br />
exhibited in the office on sale day.<br />
2. Each lot be<strong>co</strong>mes the purchase’s property and risk at the fall of the hammer.<br />
3. Warranties and insurance are <strong>co</strong>vered under separate headings.<br />
4. Terms are strictly cash unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneers.<br />
Ac<strong>co</strong>unts not paid within 14 days of sale shall bear interest, at current rate per annum<br />
from the date of sale.<br />
