DEFINITION:
Paint under pressure
wears the orifice of the
tip.
1) Orifice becomes bigger
2) Fan deforms and
becomes smaller
EFFECTS:
1) More paint sprayed
than needed
2) More passes and more
labour than needed
Increases costs !
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Change your tips regularly.
When fan width has
lost ± 20% of its original
fan = change.
