Bernhard Melischnig new Board Chairman at Hypo-Leasing Kroatien d.o.o.
Zoran Kureljušić, new Board Member in charge of the Market
Hypo-Leasing Kroatien d.o.o., a leading leasing company in Croatia, has a new
Chairman and another member of the Management Board so the company’s new
leadership formation process has now been completed.
Board Member Mag. Bernhard Melischnig has been promoted to the post of new
Chairman of the Management Board and in this role, apart from overall business
operations of Hypo-Leasing Kroatien, he will be directly in charge of Risk Management,
Internal Audit as well as Business Processes and Operations.
A newly-appointed Board member is Zoran Kureljušić, who will be responsible for Hypo-
Leasing Market (sales), Human Resources, Marketing and Public Relations, Kureljušić
comes to Hypo-Leasing from PBZ, where he was Executive Development and Product
Division Director.
The new three-member Management Board of Hypo-Leasing Kroatien is rounded by the
current Board Member Josip Delaš, who is responsible for the segments of Financial
Controlling, Treasury and Accounting.
Bernhard Melischnig began his career at Hypo Group in 2002, at the Financial
Controlling Department of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank in Zagreb and continued at the
Corporate Department, where he was procurator and manager until July 2008. After that
he came to Hypo-Leasing Kroatien d.o.o. and took the post of procurator and adviser to
the Management Board. Thanks to his year-long experience in various posts within Hypo
Group and excellent knowledge of the financial and leasing market in Croatia, Bernhard
Melischnig will contribute to the maintenance of Hypo-Leasing Kroatien’s leadership of
the Croatian market and further business enhancement in all segments.

The career of Zoran Kureljušić began in 1994 at Zagrebačka Banka, where he
participated in various projects and managed the development of direct distribution
channels. He went on to Privredna Banka Zagreb, where he was executive director of
Branch Network and Direct Distribution Channels Development. For the past two years,
Kureljušić discharged duties of Executive Development and Product Division Director.
Upon coming to Hypo-Leasing Kroatien d.o.o. he will be primarily in charge of market
development and the development of leasing products and new business approaches to
clients.
