Mrs. Friedman and the Costume Design class for designing and constructing our
gorgeous costumes! (Emily Coxe, Destiny Flowers, Madison Gardner,
Sarah Hamid, Cassidee Kelley, Kassandra Mendilut, Danielle Moody,
Antoinella Palmese, Rachel Tharp, Mrs. Patti Wiegman)
Mrs. West-Taylo, Mrs. Kurth, Sorsha, Advanced Art and the Stagecraft class
for helping to beautifully dress our set and create our show logo.
Mr. Jonathan Robben and Mr. Nick Williams for giving up two solid weekends to
build our incredible set.
Mr. Michael Massari for giving so much of his time teaching the students stage
combat and choreographing our fight scenes!

Our Drama Department is so fortunate to have the support of the
St. Petersburg Shakespeare Company. They gave us complete access
to their resources AND donated their time to construct the set for
our kids. This company is a shining example of how the collaborative
spirit of theatre can benefit our community.
Mission Statement
We will reinvigorate the St. Petersburg arts community by creating an
opportunity for theater artists, theatergoers, and students to learn
about, experience, and enjoy the works of William Shakespeare in particular
and the theater of antiquity in general.
A note from Artistic Director, Richard Miller:
We are thrilled to be a part of North Fort Myers Academy for the
Arts’ production of Romeo and Juliet. As our company continues to
grow we hope to have many more opportunities to be involved in arts
education, and this is a great start. We look forward to being involved
with future North Fort Myers Academy for the Arts productions.

Thoughts from the Cast
Loammi Ribeiro (Maria-Chorus): I would like to thank all my advanced drama
cast members for their support. Also, thank you to my teacher Ms. Robben. Last
but not least, I would like to thank my parents for encouraging me to take
drama.
Julia Romero (Olivia-Chorus/Stage Manager): I want to thank my Mom for encouraging
me to become and actress. Thank you Mom and Dad for your support.
Also, thank you Ms. Robben for taking the time to help me develop into a
better actress. Thank you to my friends for bringing out the „goofy‟ in me!
Iliana Ruiz (Gwen):I am so excited about this play. At first I was nervous, but
my family and friends helped me with my lines. A big thank you to my sister
Sabrina, my Dad, my Mom, and my best friends. Oh and my cat Mac who, I‟m
pretty sure, was listening to me when I was rehearing my lines.
Spencer Saso (Hamnet): Thank you play lovers and fans for coming to this play
and supporting us. We couldn't have put on this show without you!
Amanda Schnatter (Sister Joanna): Thank you Hannah for helping me with my
acting and practicing. Thank you Caroline for supporting me during the show
and helping me become a better actor.
Tim Serrano (Friar Lawrence): I am Tim Serrano– I would like to thank my parent,
Ms. Robben, and the whole cast for making this play a really great one.
Eian Snow (Kendrew-Chorus): I would like to thank everyone that helped us
with production: my parents, cast, audience, and teacher Ms. Robben.
Caroline Sola Finn (Rebecka): I want to thank my Mom and Dad for helping me

Bryan Sosa (Watchman): Thank you all for being here today. I would like to
thank Ms. Robben for making all of this happen. Without her this would not be

Hannah Steele (Watchwoman): I would like to thank Ms. Robben and my
friends Mandy, Morgan, and Joey for practicing with me. I am so glad to be a

Jeremy Adamic (Montague): Thank you to everyone who worked on this show!
Michaela Burton (Nurse): Thank you to my “big sister” Shayna M. because without
her, I would probably still be known as the “new girl!”
Savana Ecklund (Apothocary): Thank you to my Mom and my Grandma for
coming tonight and I would like to dedicate my performance to my Grandfather.
Jacob Effing (Paris): I‟d like to thank my parents for supporting me. Also, thank
you to Ms. Robben for putting hard work into making this production happen.
