MISSION STATEMENT
To teach the game of field hockey, compete at the
highest level while maintaining a high level
of integrity and sportsmanship. Together, anything
is possible and if we dream – dare – do, we can bring a
Field Hockey State Championship to CNS.
....CNS Coaches, Players, Booster
Dear Sports Fans,
We are pleased that you have joined us to support our players, coaches, and fellow supporters
of field hockey. Your attendance at our field hockey games is greatly appreciated by all of us,
especially the players.
Sportsmanship is the most important trait in competition. Our coaches insist on it with their
players and fellow supporters. We highly encourage you, too, to adapt the following philosophy:
Coaches .........Coach
Players ..........Play
Parents ..........Cheer
To increase enjoyment for parents, sponsors and patrons, and to better understand the rules of
field hockey, turn to page 16. Our referees do their best to enforce rules of the game. Please use
sportsmanship and understanding that errors can be made on both sides of the field.
