Christa Geels: My Lao housemate, Sone, is being pressured by her family to return
to Buddhism. I know she wants to believe, but it would be easier for all of them if
she would give in. Pray for strength for her to stand firm & for God to show himself
as the one true God, and for Julia & I to know how to love & support her.

*Please remember all of these church family members in your
thoughts and prayers*
Love, INC requests prayers for a ‘Loving Help’ client whose son is struggling
with his health and other personal issues.
There are people in our area who are in need. Love, INC, partnering with
21 area churches, is assisting these people with furniture, rides, and most
importantly, deeper fellowship with our Lord. We have had requests from area
brothers or sisters whose needs we’ve been unable to meet, because of our lack
of certain items in our warehouse. Could you help? We are currently in need
of kitchen tables and chairs, beds (mattress, box springs, and frames) twin, full,
and queen, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and couches. If you have something
to donate, please contact us at 324-9707 and arrange a time to drop off larger
items. Thank you for your ongoing support of the mission and ministry of
Love, INC. We appreciate your recent donations too!
Would you like to see where several members of our congregation work or
how the whole process at Rosenboom’s work? Join Pastor Al & Gwen on a
tour of Rosenboom’s next Thursday afternoon. Meet in front of
church at 1:15pm. Coffee will be on at the parsonage afterwards.
Weather Committee: Tell us the best way to notify you for weather
related postponements/cancellations. Please take note of the email, text,
or phone call signup sheets in the back of church. Announcements are also
posted on our website and on KNWC 96.5, KIWA 105.3, and KDCR 88.5
radio stations. You may also contact Derrick Altena on how you would like
to be notified. Thank You
Have you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior? Are you ready for the
next step? Become part of God’s family. Anyone wishing to make Profession of
Faith and becoming a member of Sanborn CRC please see Pastor Al after our
morning worship service.
