The <strong>Agewell</strong> project is open to<br />
anyone over 50 and membership<br />
can be obtained through our<br />
Macbeth Centre and provides<br />
access to all courses in the<br />
<strong>Agewell</strong> <strong>programme</strong>.<br />
If you are under 50 and<br />
suffering from a chronic<br />
complaint that may be improved<br />
by physical activity you may be<br />
able to access the <strong>Agewell</strong><br />
classes through a GP referral.<br />
There are also a number <strong>of</strong><br />
courses that are pay-as-you-go<br />
and, as such, are not subject<br />
to the termly fees. Please check<br />
the <strong>Agewell</strong> leaflet for details.<br />

residents <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hammersmith</strong> &<br />
Fulham. Your ideas, comments<br />
and inspirations help to shape<br />
the <strong>programme</strong> to suit your<br />
abilities and needs.<br />
The information on this leaflet<br />
is correct for the Autumn<br />
term. The majority <strong>of</strong> classses<br />
will continue in January and<br />
April terms and any updates<br />
will be posted on the <strong>Agewell</strong><br />
notice boards and emailed to<br />
registered users.
