<strong>Montini</strong> Catholic <strong>Freshman</strong> <strong>Placement</strong> <strong>Exam</strong> <strong>Scholarship</strong> <strong>Recipients</strong><br />
<strong>Montini</strong> Catholic High School offers an Academic <strong>Scholarship</strong> Program that gives students the opportunity to receive<br />
up to $10,000 in scholarship money. The program is open to all incoming freshman students who excel on the<br />
January 12, 2013 placement exam. Only those students who take the exam at <strong>Montini</strong> Catholic on January 12 th are<br />
eligible for the scholarship.<br />
<strong>Scholarship</strong>s are awarded based on national percentile ranking of the placement exam scores.
Students scoring between the 95 th to 99 th percentiles will receive a *renewable $2,500 scholarship<br />
Students scoring between the 90 th to 94 th percentiles will receive a *renewable $1,500 scholarship<br />
Students scoring between the 85 th to 89 th percentiles will receive a *renewable $1,000 scholarship<br />
*<strong>Scholarship</strong>s are renewable for four years if a student meets the renewal criteria<br />
The Class of 2016 had 20 students achieve scholarship status from last January’s exam. The students who received<br />
the 2012-2013 <strong>Montini</strong> Catholic Academic <strong>Scholarship</strong> from the January 14, 2012 <strong>Placement</strong> <strong>Exam</strong> are Kevin<br />
Brachmann, Amy Bukovsky, Michael Cahill, Gina Cappetta, Emily Cochrane, Warren Dawes, Faith Donner,<br />
Matthew Ernat, Evan Fehring, Matthew Kaefer, Charles Kash, Kimberly Meifert, Thomas Michael, Julia Para,<br />
Lauren Para, Emma Ryan, Tabias Slater, Lucas Trojanowski, Jack Westerkamp and Sofia Yunez.<br />
This year’s <strong>Placement</strong> <strong>Exam</strong> will take place on Saturday, January 12, 2013. All 8 th grade students are encouraged<br />
to attend the <strong>Montini</strong> Catholic <strong>Placement</strong> <strong>Exam</strong> Review and Pre-Registration Night on Thursday, January 10,<br />
