Designed with one-armed deadhangs in mind, <strong>the</strong> Compact Board has been kept narrow to<br />

allow <strong>the</strong> climber to stay as central as possible within <strong>the</strong> doorframe during passive and active<br />

hangs. The symmetrical nature and progression <strong>of</strong> small <strong>holds</strong> also permits effective two handed<br />

training for beginner and intermediate climbers to help work towards one armed deadhangs at a<br />

later date. The Compact Board has <strong>the</strong> following features:<br />

• 1 x Central positive cling crimp – specifically designed for one-armed pull-ups.<br />

• 2 x Small flat crimps / medium three finger open <strong>holds</strong>.<br />

• 2 x Small open hand / sloping crimps.<br />

• 1 x Hard central sloper (can be matched & half crimped).<br />

• 2 x Medium cling grips / large open hand.<br />

• Narrow width to keep <strong>the</strong> climber away from <strong>the</strong> doorframe.<br />

• Progressive hold sizing to challenge and vary deadhangs.<br />

• Super smooth BleauStone texture to minimise skin wear whilst maintaining friction – sore skin is no longer<br />

a limiting factor.<br />

TrainingStoneLongBoard<br />

The Long Board has been developed to provide <strong>the</strong> ultimate two-handed fingerboard available<br />

today. Traditional ergonomic warm up jugs lead into an array <strong>of</strong> small crimps and slopers which<br />

have been kept far apart in order to focus on open positions and maximise <strong>the</strong> effectiveness<br />

<strong>of</strong> travelling pull-ups and biased hangs. For one-armed work, a large central thread has been<br />

provided which can also be used to affix pulleys for lessening body weight; making deadhanging<br />

<strong>the</strong> smaller <strong>holds</strong> a progressive training option. The Long Board has <strong>the</strong> following features:<br />

• 1 x Central thread hold for one armers and attaching pulleys.<br />

• 1 x Medium sloper.<br />

• 2 x Small warm-up jugs.<br />

• 2 x Medium flat cling grips / medium open <strong>holds</strong>.<br />

• 2 x Small incut crimps.<br />

• 2 x Small slopers / small rounded crimps.<br />

• 2 x Small open / sloping cling grips.<br />

• 2 x Small two/three finger open pockets.<br />

• Maximised width for training open positions.<br />

• Super smooth BleauStone texture to minimise skin wear whilst maintaining friction – sore skin is no longer<br />

a limiting factor.
