seniors Plus has renewed and expanded their lease with Benson Company, LLC at 8 Falcon<br />

road in Lewiston, Maine. seniors Plus, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting<br />

the needs of seniors and adults with special needs, will now occupy the entire 16,480± sF<br />

building. this transaction was brokered on behalf of the Landlord by Chris Paszyc and on<br />

from Harper’s West, LLC. C.A.r.e.s., inc. is a privately held company that has been in<br />

existence since 1988 and has a proven track record in areas such as advocacy, case<br />

management, program evaluation and policy development. this transaction was brokered<br />

by Chris Paszyc of CBre|the Boulos Company.<br />

Healthinfonet is a non-profit organization which began in 2004 as a collaboration of<br />

multiple groups seeking to develop a state-wide electronic health information exchange.<br />

Multiple stakeholders have been brought together to work on this health information<br />

exchange and the extensive planning and development process has resulted in an expansion<br />

of Healthinfonet’s organization. to accommodate this expansion, Healthinfonet will be<br />

relocating its offices to the roundhouse Campus at 125 Presumpscot street in Portland,<br />

Maine. they will be leasing 3,800± sF, a renovated brick and beam structure on the<br />
