boutique brand of Italian Spumante that
offers superior blends from family-owned
vineyards; these are situated 20 miles north
of Venice in a picturesque setting just below
the Alps.
Top grapes: Grapes grown here in the
Conegliano-Valdobbiadene region are wellknown
for their quality. Rocco only use
the white Prosecco and red Pinot Noir
and Raboso grape varieties to make their
sparkling wines.
The challenge: Rocco’s customers
include some of the highest calibre chefs &
restaurants. Andrea Tumiotto, MD of Rocco
comments, ‘It is a challenge to create the
perfect collection for our clients such as Alfa
Romeo, or chefs such as Aldo Zilli. We work
hard to make wines that are delicate, fresh
and aromatic, with sophisticated, smooth
palates. This, we feel, is Rocco’s hallmark.’
