What is the recommended dosage of
Nux vomica-Homaccord?
Dosage recommendations are as follows:
Drops
For general use:

10 drops 3 times daily
10 drops every 15 minutes
for up to 2 hours

Can I use Nux vomica-Homaccord
for detoxification?
Nux vomica-Homaccord normalizes intestinal functions
and therefore it plays a major role in detoxifying the
body. In combination with Lymphomyosot (which
acts on the lymphatic system) and either Berberis-
Homaccord or Reneel (which act on the liver and
kidneys), it is used worldwide as an effective detox
therapy.
How long does this
detoxification therapy take?
Six weeks is the recommended detoxification period.
Can I combine Nux vomica-Homaccord
with other medications?
Nux vomica-Homaccord may be used alone or in combination
with other homoeopathic or allopathic medications.
It is not known to interact with any other drugs.

Functional gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, the most
common gastrointestinal problems seen by primary care
physicians, affect millions of people of all ages – men,
women, and children. Much remains unknown about
these disorders and there is generally no evidence of
organic or physical disease. So finding an effective

Effective Treatment
An international cohort study conducted in four European
countries investigated the efficacy of Nux vomica-
Homaccord drops. The 1.153 patients participating in the
study suffered from either gastric symptoms (group 1),
intestinal symptoms (group 2), or GI symptoms resulting
from consumption of alcohol, coffee or nicotine (group 3).
Overall efficacy of Nux vomica-Homaccord was rated

Convincing results
In a prospective cohort study, 541 patients suffering
from functional gastrointestinal disorders and constipation
were treated with Nux vomica-Homaccord
ampules, either in monotherapy (65% of cases) or in
combination with other therapies (35%). Overall results
revealed good to very good efficacy in 89.1% of total
cases and 88.3% of monotherapy patients. A good to
very good tolerability was revealed in 98.3% of cases
in both groups. 2)

Indications: Functional disorders in the gastro-intestinal and hepatic region;
meteorism; disorders after consumption of alcohol, coffee or nicotine.
Dosage: Drops: In general, 10 drops 3 times daily. In acute disorders,
initially 10 drops every 15 minutes, over a period lasting up to two hours.
Long-term application of the preparation (over several months or longer)
must be supervised by a therapist. Injection solution: In acute disorders
daily, otherwise 1-3 times weekly 1 ampoule i.m., s.c., i.d., i.v. Package
sizes: Drops: Drop bottles containing 30 and 100 ml. Injection solution:
Packs containing 10, 50 and 100 ampoules of 1.1 ml.
