Stefan Frank began his career with <strong>the</strong> National Constitution Center in 2006 as Programs<br />

Manager. Before joining <strong>the</strong> Center, Frank worked for <strong>the</strong> Annenberg Public Policy Center.<br />

There, he assisted in <strong>the</strong> production of <strong>the</strong> weekly National Public Radio Program, Justice<br />

Talking and “Justice Learning,” an online resource to engage high school students in informed<br />

political discourse. He also spent time in Los Angeles, where he helped develop and produce<br />

feature films, documentaries, and episodic television.<br />

Frank received his MLA from The University of Pennsylvania and his BFA in Film Studies from<br />

Syracuse University. He currently resides in South Philadelphia.<br />

In his new position as <strong>the</strong> Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, Vince<br />

Stango will be responsible for <strong>the</strong> oversight and management of <strong>the</strong> Human Resources and<br />

Administration division, including <strong>the</strong> Human Resources, Operations, Security, and Technology<br />

departments.<br />

Stango has worked his entire professional career at <strong>the</strong> Center. When he began seven and half<br />

years ago, he served as Executive Assistant to President and CEO Joseph M. Torsella. He was<br />

<strong>the</strong>n promoted to Special Projects Coordinator in 2001, and since 2002, worked in Human<br />

Resources, first as Administrator and <strong>the</strong>n Manager, and most recently as Director.<br />

Stango received a Master of Science degree in public administration from Villanova University<br />

and his undergraduate degree from Moravian College. He is currently pursuing a Master of<br />

Science degree in human resource development from Villanova University. He resides in<br />

Haddon Heights, New Jersey, with his wife Megan and son, Vincent.<br />

The National Constitution Center, located at 525 Arch St. on Philadelphia’s Independence Mall,<br />

is an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing public<br />

understanding of <strong>the</strong> U.S. Constitution and <strong>the</strong> ideas and values it represents. Opened on July<br />

4, 2003, <strong>the</strong> Constitution Center is a museum, an education <strong>center</strong>, and a forum for debate on<br />
