Constitution and civic engagement.
Stefan Frank began his career with the National Constitution Center in 2006 as Programs
Manager. Before joining the Center, Frank worked for the Annenberg Public Policy Center.
There, he assisted in the production of the weekly National Public Radio Program, Justice
Talking and “Justice Learning,” an online resource to engage high school students in informed
political discourse. He also spent time in Los Angeles, where he helped develop and produce
feature films, documentaries, and episodic television.
Frank received his MLA from The University of Pennsylvania and his BFA in Film Studies from
Syracuse University. He currently resides in South Philadelphia.
In his new position as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, Vince
Stango will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Human Resources and
Administration division, including the Human Resources, Operations, Security, and Technology
departments.
Stango has worked his entire professional career at the Center. When he began seven and half
years ago, he served as Executive Assistant to President and CEO Joseph M. Torsella. He was
then promoted to Special Projects Coordinator in 2001, and since 2002, worked in Human
Resources, first as Administrator and then Manager, and most recently as Director.
Stango received a Master of Science degree in public administration from Villanova University
and his undergraduate degree from Moravian College. He is currently pursuing a Master of
Science degree in human resource development from Villanova University. He resides in
Haddon Heights, New Jersey, with his wife Megan and son, Vincent.
The National Constitution Center, located at 525 Arch St. on Philadelphia’s Independence Mall,
is an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing public
understanding of the U.S. Constitution and the ideas and values it represents. Opened on July
4, 2003, the Constitution Center is a museum, an education center, and a forum for debate on
