Chairman<br />
On behalf of the NBCC Foundation Board of Trustees, it is my<br />
pleasure to congratulate the <strong>2012</strong>-<strong>2013</strong> recipients of bursaries. We<br />
sincerely hope that your studies at the colleges will be successful<br />
and will lead to a fulfilling career.<br />
It is because generous donors have recognized the importance of<br />
college education, that the Foundation was able to award a total<br />
of 346 bursaries this year to students from all campuses of the<br />
New Brunswick Community College, the Collège communautaire<br />
du Nouveau-Brunswick and the New Brunswick College of Craft<br />
and Design.<br />
The only goal of the Foundation is assist in the financial needs of<br />
students and I want to personally thank all those who have made<br />
these bursaries possible for our students.<br />

Au nom du conseil <strong>des</strong> fiduciaires de la <strong>Fondation</strong> du <strong>CCNB</strong>, il me fait<br />
plaisir de féliciter les <strong>récipiendaires</strong> de bourses pour <strong>2012</strong>-<strong>2013</strong>. Nous<br />
souhaitons sincèrement que vos étu<strong>des</strong> aux collèges soient couronnées<br />
de succès et qu’elles mènent à une carrière épanouissante.<br />
Parce que de généreux donateurs et donatrices ont reconnu<br />
l’importance d’une formation collégiale, la <strong>Fondation</strong> a été en mesure<br />
d’octroyer cette année un total de 346 bourses à <strong>des</strong> étudiants<br />
et étudiantes de tous les campus du Collège communautaire du<br />
Nouveau-Brunswick, du New Brunswick Community College et du<br />
New Brunswick College of Craft and Design.<br />
Le seul but de la <strong>Fondation</strong> est d’aider les étudiants et étudiantes dans le<br />
besoin financier. Je veux remercier personnellement tous ceux et celles<br />
qui ont rendu ces bourses possibles à nos étudiants et étudiantes.<br />

Administrator<br />
The <strong>2012</strong>-<strong>2013</strong> academic year signals two new milestones for the<br />
Foundation. With the allocation of 346 bursaries, valued at over<br />
$339,000 we have surpassed two very important thresholds:<br />
over 1,000 students assisted (1,227), and over $1,000,000 in cash<br />
awards ($1,192,935).<br />
We are doubly proud: of our sponsors and donors for having<br />
enabled such phenomenal results, and of the student-recipients<br />
for their determination and persistence in attaining their College<br />
objectives.<br />
The award-winners are presented to you in these pages so that<br />
everyone can see where their contributions have gone. These<br />
results are real, and serve not only the recipients, but the good of<br />
the community as well.<br />
A sincere thank you to the donors, and good luck to all <strong>2012</strong>-<strong>2013</strong><br />
recipients!<br />

L’année collégiale <strong>2012</strong>-<strong>2013</strong> aura permis à la <strong>Fondation</strong> de dépasser<br />
deux seuils importants. Avec l’attribution de 346 bourses ayant une<br />
valeur combinée de plus de 339 000 $, plus de 1 000 étudiants et<br />
étudiantes auront été appuyés (1 227) et plus de 1 000 000 $ auront<br />
été déboursées (1 192, 935 $).<br />
Nous sommes doublement fiers : de nos donateurs pour nous avoir<br />
permit ces résultats exceptionnels, et <strong>des</strong> étudiants et étudiantes<br />
<strong>récipiendaires</strong> pour leur engagement et leur persistance envers<br />
l’obtention de leurs objectifs collégiaux.<br />
Les heureux <strong>récipiendaires</strong> vous sont présentés dans ces pages,<br />
afin que tous puissent voir les fins auxquelles ont servi leurs<br />
contributions. Ces résultats sont réels et affectent non seulement<br />
les <strong>récipiendaires</strong>, mais aussi le bien de la communauté en général.<br />

the campuses of the New Brunswick public colleges: the New<br />
