All three figures of the bottom section represent the same slide with fields in continuity and magnified. They demonstrate the pronounced fibrosis surrounding the end of a bronchiole, the proximity of this bronchiolar structure to the pleural surface, and the smooth muscle bronchiolar remnants within the fibrous strand. The parenchyma is aerated and emphysematous despite the bronchiolar obliteration.
