Accommodation : 3* hotel in Amman<br />

All participants will be arranged in (double and treble rooms)<br />

for Wheelchair in the Hotels 3*.<br />

Team members/officials can book a limited number of single<br />

rooms for an extra charge ( 30 EUR/ per night )<br />

Extra days with full board will cost 60 EUR /day/ participant<br />

Please note that the first official meal covered by the<br />

Organizing Committee will be the dinner on (date of arrival) ,<br />

and the last official meal will be the breakfast on (date of<br />

departure) .<br />

IPC Membership please note that no nation may compete in this Tournament<br />

unless they have paid their membership fee to IPC in<br />

full.<br />

Staff/Players In case the number of participants after the First Entry exceeds the<br />

accommodation capacity, quotas concerning the number of<br />

accompanying staff (i.e. officials, coaches, personal<br />

attendants and escorts ) and players will be set in the Second<br />

Entry.<br />

Insurance Each National <strong>Para</strong>lympics Committee is responsible for the appropriate<br />

insurance for accidents, health, property and liability of their<br />

team.<br />

Competition rules The Tournament will be played in accordance with the rules of<br />

the International <strong>ITTF</strong> with the amendments established Fa 20<br />

Format of play All events will be played in accordance with Rules by <strong>ITTF</strong> PTT<br />

Every match will be played to the best three of five sets.


Importent notice After the deadline of the 1. Entry , the Organizer reserves the right<br />

to limit<br />

the number of players, due to numbers of the playing tables.<br />

The Organizers reserves too the possibility to cancel any<br />

event or combine some events in case there are not enough<br />

entries for the event to take place. Any player affected by this<br />

kind of measure will be informed before the deadline of 2nd.<br />

Seeding All competitors will be seeded in order of ranking according to the current<br />

International World Ranking List.<br />

Classification All players must hold an international classification card.<br />

The national classifier according to the IPTTC Rules should<br />

classify players not classified internationally. Such<br />

classification is subject to the subsequent approval of the<br />

official classification panel at the competition.<br />

TRANSPORT The organizers will provide for the transport of your<br />

group during<br />

PROTEST: Protests related to classifications may be raised at anytime<br />

during the Championships. Appeal applications must be<br />

submitted in writing and accompanied by Euro 50,00. Refunds<br />

Will be made only if the appeal is upheld.<br />

ENTRY FEE : for the period April 2nd (dinner) to April <strong>7th</strong>( breakfast )for athletes<br />

and staff, is per persone 510,00 Euros. This is includes:<br />

complete pension , transport to and from Airport transport to<br />

and from Hotel and Venue + Capitation fee.<br />

30% of the fees has to be transfered ( and it is not refundable<br />
