All participants will be arranged in (double and treble rooms)
for Wheelchair in the Hotels 3*.
Team members/officials can book a limited number of single
rooms for an extra charge ( 30 EUR/ per night )
Extra days with full board will cost 60 EUR /day/ participant
Please note that the first official meal covered by the
Organizing Committee will be the dinner on (date of arrival) ,
and the last official meal will be the breakfast on (date of
departure) .

The Hotels distance from Venue min15 and max 20 km.
Visa Contact the Jordanian embassy in your country if it is needed !!

IPC Membership please note that no nation may compete in this Tournament
unless they have paid their membership fee to IPC in
full.
Staff/Players In case the number of participants after the First Entry exceeds the
accommodation capacity, quotas concerning the number of
accompanying staff (i.e. officials, coaches, personal
attendants and escorts ) and players will be set in the Second
Entry.
Insurance Each National Paralympics Committee is responsible for the appropriate
insurance for accidents, health, property and liability of their
team.

Competition rules The Tournament will be played in accordance with the rules of
the International ITTF with the amendments established Fa 20
Format of play All events will be played in accordance with Rules by ITTF PTT
Every match will be played to the best three of five sets.

Importent notice After the deadline of the 1. Entry , the Organizer reserves the right
to limit
the number of players, due to numbers of the playing tables.
The Organizers reserves too the possibility to cancel any
event or combine some events in case there are not enough
entries for the event to take place. Any player affected by this
kind of measure will be informed before the deadline of 2nd.

Seeding All competitors will be seeded in order of ranking according to the current
International World Ranking List.
Classification All players must hold an international classification card.
The national classifier according to the IPTTC Rules should
classify players not classified internationally. Such
classification is subject to the subsequent approval of the
official classification panel at the competition.

MEDICAL SERVICE : Military hospital – QUEEN ALIA it will start on the
afternoon of April 1st
TRANSPORT The organizers will provide for the transport of your
group during
number of
the whole period of the tournament. Please, let us know the
people and the time of your arrival and how many
wheelchair users.

UMPIRES: National and international ITTF and ITTF PTT umpires
PROTEST: Protests related to classifications may be raised at anytime
during the Championships. Appeal applications must be
submitted in writing and accompanied by Euro 50,00. Refunds
Will be made only if the appeal is upheld.
ENTRY FEE : for the period April 2nd (dinner) to April 7th( breakfast )for athletes
and staff, is per persone 510,00 Euros. This is includes:
complete pension , transport to and from Airport transport to
and from Hotel and Venue + Capitation fee.
30% of the fees has to be transfered ( and it is not refundable
