PDR92<br />
Ruskin’s PDR92 <strong>round</strong> purge <strong>dampers</strong><br />
have been specifically designed for both<br />
duct protection and additional make-up<br />
air applications. They are equipped with<br />
a counterbalanced arm and actuation<br />
override. This damper can be operated to<br />
open upon demand or by system pressure.<br />
They are perfectly suited for RTO systems<br />
requiring fan make-up air during start up.<br />
From 12" inside diameter to 102", Ruskin’s manufacturing<br />
capabilities are limitless.<br />
CDRI92<br />
Model CDRI92 is the lowest leakage<br />
rated <strong>round</strong> control damper without<br />
stepping up to Ruskin’s bubble tight<br />
damper family. Standard with full<br />
circumference wiper seal and outboard<br />
bearings with shaft seals this damper can<br />
test to .009SCFM (.00025488 M3 ) per<br />
inch of perimeter at 10" w.g. (2.5 Kpa).<br />
Flanged or unflanged the CDR damper family will accept either ANSI drilling or customer<br />
supplied bolting.<br />
Ruskin model CDRI95 equipped with heat shield<br />
and thermal coupler.<br />
CDRI95<br />
Ruskin’s model CDRI95 is designed and constructed<br />
for exposures up to 12000F (6490C). A removable<br />
ceramic tadpole seal design allows the CDRI95 to<br />
be easily maintained and provides low leakage at<br />
elevated temperatures.
