• State Degree Nominees: Ms. Swan commented that the State Degrees with
discrepancies need to be discussed at this meeting. Each district reported on their
number of state degree applicants. There are 279 recipients this year.

• Erin Kennedy moved to take the Bob Bell Scholarship and Mary Hansen Scholarship out
of the SD FFA Association to the SD FFA Foundations if there are no tax implications.

• Erin Kennedy moved to change the deadline for National Chapter, Proficiencies, and HO
Sergeant, from 18 th to the 19 th . These MUST be POSTMARKED February 19 th .
