McCourt was the overall winner of the<br />

2009 Congressional Art Competition,<br />

R-District 31. McCourt’s piece was one of 31<br />

works submitted by students from Carter’s<br />

district. Southwest Airlines will fly McCourt<br />

to Washington, D.C. where his art will be on<br />

between Fritz and Creekside parks. The city<br />
