AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITIONS OF TWO (2) AOOfTMMML
STENOGRAPHIC REPORTER IV, GRADE 13, STEP 1 AND TWO (2) AOOffKMML
STENOGRAPHIC REPORTER III, GRADE 11, STEP 1, UNDER THE STENOGRWMC
SERVICES SECTION IN THE OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOO,
BACOLOD CITY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF.
WHEREAS, at present there is a need to create the positions of two
Stenographic Reporter IV, 6-13, 5-1, and two (2> Stenographic Reporter Hi, Grade It,
Step 1 under the Stenographic Services Section in the Office of the Satmrnmrnrng
Pantungsod, Bacoiod City;
WHEREAS, the position titte is in accordance with the Local Budget Cm tmm ML
61, dated March 18, (996, the Revised Index of Occupational Services, Ptnmnn mmt mm
Salary Grade in the Local Government;
WHEREAS, the functions of said positions are to take down the proceedmgjs and
transcribe the Minutes and other stenographic jobs in the Stenogtapfwc Services Secaaa
of the Office of the Sangguniang Pantungsod
Section 1. POSITIONS: That there is hereby created in the Office of tie
Sangguniang Pantungsod the positions of two (2) additional Stenographic Reporter IV,
Grade 13, Step 1 and two (2) additional Stenographic Reporter ill. Grade 11, Step 1
Section 2. APPROPRIATION: That an amount shall be appropriated for Bie
compensation and other emoluments and benefits for these newly created positions based
on their respective salary grades to be taken from the annual appropriation of the city
Section 3. EFFECTIVITY: This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
