MONTANA
Upon the application of Summit Resources, Inc. to delineate the following described
lands in Big Horn and Powder River Counties, Montana, as a field for production of coal bed
natural gas from all coal bed zones from the surface of the earth to the base of the Fort Union
Formation; to establish field rules waiving spacing within the field boundaries; to provide for 220’
setbacks from the field boundaries; and to authorize the commingling of gas produced from
different coal beds in the wellbore.
