As Director of Athletic Performance, Je Fish,<br />
enters his third season with the team directing all<br />
aspects of <strong>Falcons</strong> physical development, injury<br />
prevention, rehabilitation and nutrition, among<br />
other responsibilities. In two seasons thus far,<br />
the <strong>Falcons</strong> have benefi ted from Fish’s 20 years<br />
of experience in the strength & conditioning and<br />
athletic performance realms.<br />
Prior to joining the <strong>Falcons</strong>, Fish spent the previous<br />
four seasons (2004-07) as the head Strength and<br />
Conditioning Coach of the Oakland Raiders. Before<br />
joining the Silver & Black, Fish was the Director of<br />
Strength and Conditioning at the University of<br />
Missouri (2001-03) where he oversaw a program<br />
that worked with nearly 500 student-athletes<br />
from 20 Missouri sports teams.<br />
Fish’s second stint in the NFL came with the<br />
Kansas City Chiefs as a strength and conditioning<br />
intern in 1998. After one season, he was promoted<br />
to Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach<br />
where he served from 1999-2000. He earned his<br />
start in the league with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers<br />
as a strength and conditioning intern in 1997.<br />
Fish spent eight seasons in the college ranks with<br />
four di erent schools. The certifi ed strength<br />
and conditioning specialist started his coaching<br />
journey with Western Michigan University as<br />

of Tulsa where he served as the top Strength and<br />
Conditioning coach from 1995-97.<br />
The Ithaca, N.Y. native competed as a wide receiver<br />
at Western Carolina. Fish and his wife, Rachel,<br />
have two daughters, Whitney and Sofi e.<br />

Bill Hughan embarks on his third season with<br />
the <strong>Atlanta</strong> <strong>Falcons</strong> as Assistant Strength and<br />
Conditioning Coach. Hughan works closely with<br />
Director of Athletic Performance, Je Fish, to<br />
ensure the strength and conditioning e orts for<br />
the team are met throughout the year.<br />
From 2004-07, Hughan served as the Assistant<br />
Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Oakland<br />
Raiders under Fish. Hughan also worked with Fish<br />
at the University of Missouri from 2001-03 where<br />
he assisted in guiding over 500 Missouri student<br />
athletes.<br />
Hughan began his coaching career at Yale<br />
University as an assistant from 1997-98. He<br />
then served as a graduate assistant at Columbia<br />
University for two years (1999-2000) and inbetween<br />
the season during the summer, worked<br />
with the Omaha Royals, the AAA a liate of the<br />
Kansas City Royals.<br />

Jonas Beauchemin enters his second season with<br />
the <strong>Atlanta</strong> <strong>Falcons</strong> working primarily with Director<br />
of Athletic Performance, Je Fish, and Assistant<br />
Strength and Conditioning Coach Bill Hughan.<br />
Beauchemin joined the team after spending the<br />
previous three years with Mike Boyle Strength and<br />
Conditioning in Boston, MA.<br />
Beauchemin specialized in professional hockey<br />
and NFL combine training during his tenure at<br />
Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. He worked<br />
individually with several di erent athletes in a<br />
variety of sports. Beauchemin is also experienced<br />
in rehab and reconditioning programs. Beauchemin<br />
is a Certifi ed Strength and Conditioning Specialist<br />
with the National Strength and Conditioning<br />

A native of Burlington, VT, Beauchemin is a<br />
graduate of Keene State (New Hampshire) College,<br />
where he earned his degree in Health Promotion<br />
and Fitness. While attending Keene State,<br />
Beauchemin was appointed to the position of<br />
Senior Fitness Specialist at the college recreation<br />
center. He also worked as a student Assistant<br />
Strength and Conditioning Coach within the<br />
Keene State strength and conditioning program.<br />
Beauchemin designed and implemented the<br />
programs for various teams.<br />

MARTY LAUZON<br />
HEAD ATHLETIC TRAINER<br />
Marty Lauzon enters his fi rst season as the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> Head Athletic Trainer and brings 17<br />
years of experience in athletic training to the<br />
team. Lauzon will be responsible for handling all<br />
aspects of the club’s athletic training department.<br />
In 2009, he spent a year as the Director of Sports<br />
Rehabilitation for NovaCare-NE Ohio. Lauzon<br />
spent 10 seasons with the Cleveland Browns,<br />
serving from 2005-08 as the team’s Head Athletic<br />
Trainer. Lauzon is a certifi ed athletic trainer and is<br />
a graduate of the University of Ottowa Physical<br />
Therapy School. He also holds the distinction<br />
of being a certifi ed specialist in sports physical<br />
therapy through the American Physical Therapy<br />
Association. In 1992, Lauzon began his career as<br />
an intern with the Montreal Machine of the WLAF.<br />
before moving on to Ottawa of the CFL.<br />
JAMES WILLIAMS<br />
ASSISTANT ATHLETIC TRAINER<br />
James Williams begins his fi rst season as an<br />
Assistant Athletic Trainer with the <strong>Falcons</strong>.<br />
Williams will provide support for Head Athletic<br />
Trainer Marty Lauzon and will be responsible for<br />
the daily care of players, as well as assisting with<br />
treatment and rehabilitation. Williams holds 10<br />
years of experience in the athletic training fi eld<br />
and was most recently with the Cleveland Browns<br />
as an assistant from 2006-09. Prior to joining the<br />
Browns, Williams oversaw daily athletic training<br />
operations as the head football Athletic Trainer at<br />
Indiana State from 2005-06. He also spent time<br />
in the collegiate ranks as an Assistant Football<br />
Trainer (2004-05) and head Basketball Trainer<br />
(2002-04) for Auburn University. A native of<br />
Morganton, Georgia, Williams graduated from<br />
Georgia and Auburn with various degrees.<br />
DANNY LONG<br />
ASSISTANT ATHLETIC TRAINER<br />
Danny Long embarks on his fi rst year as an<br />
Assistant Athletic Trainer for the <strong>Falcons</strong>. Long<br />
will provide support for Head Athletic Trainer<br />
Marty Lauzon and will assist in the daily care of<br />
players, treatment and rehabilitation. Long was<br />
a member of the Cleveland Browns sta from<br />
2005-09. Long started as a summer intern in<br />
’05 before being hired full-time as an assistant.<br />
Along with the daily care for players, he assisted in<br />
rehabilitation, treatment, and the hiring of training<br />
camp interns. Before joining the Browns sta ,<br />
Long attended the Masters program at Auburn<br />
University (2003-05) and served as a graduate<br />
assistant. From 2001-02, Long was summer intern<br />
for the <strong>Falcons</strong> training sta before making his fi rst<br />
stop in Cleveland. He attended the University of<br />
South Carolina as an undergraduate and earned<br />
his degree in Science Physical Education with a<br />
minor in Athletic Training.<br />

LES SNEAD<br />
DIRECTOR OF PLAYER PERSONNEL<br />
Les Snead begins his 12th season with the <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
personnel department and the second under<br />
his title of Director of Player Personnel. Snead<br />
oversees both the college and pro scouting<br />
e orts and works closely with <strong>Falcons</strong> General<br />
Manager Thomas Dimitro . He also plays a dayto-day<br />
role in the analysis and evaluation of the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> current roster and provides salary value<br />
analysis of all player acquisitions, while aiding in<br />
the research on how to acquire future free agents.<br />
Snead came to <strong>Atlanta</strong> from Jacksonville, where<br />
he worked in the pro scouting department for<br />
the Jaguars from 1995-97. In his career, he has<br />
participated in one Super Bowl appearance (with<br />
the <strong>Falcons</strong>) and three Conference Championship<br />
Games.<br />
LIONEL VITAL<br />
ASST. DIRECTOR OF PLAYER PERSONNEL<br />
As a 20 year veteran in scouting and player<br />
personnel, the <strong>Falcons</strong> will continue to lean on the<br />
experience of Lionel Vital in 2010. Vital heads into<br />
his third season as the club’s Assistant Director of<br />
Player Personnel. Vital continues to work closely<br />
with General Manager Thomas Dimitro on<br />
most college scouting matters as he is an integral<br />
part of the personnel decision making team. His<br />
responsbilities also entail evaluating the top 150<br />
college players in a national scouting capacity. He<br />
will also grade the top unrestricted NFL free agents<br />
at all positions and work on comparatives, as well<br />
as special projects with Dimitro .<br />
From 2005-07, Vital served in his second stint with<br />
the Ravens and covered schools across the country<br />
as a National Scout while being responsible for<br />
reporting on defensive linemen. During his time in<br />
Baltimore, he was honored with the inaugural Fritz<br />
Pollard Alliance Scouting Award, which is given to<br />

Les played tight end for Auburn from 1992-93 and<br />
was part of the Tigers’ perfect 11-0 team in 1993.<br />
He also earned Southeast Region Academic All-<br />
American honors during his college career. This<br />
39-year-old native of Eufaula, Ala., was a graduate<br />
assistant at Auburn after his playing days were<br />
over. Snead also was an administrative assistant<br />
of football operations at his alma mater in 1995.<br />
He holds a bachelors of science degree in<br />
Psychology and planned to attend medical school<br />
until he was o ered a graduate assistant coaching<br />
position at his alma mater. While working as<br />
a graduate assistant he received a Master’s of<br />
Education degree. He and his wife, Elizabeth,<br />
reside with their son, Logan, and daughter,<br />
Cannon, in Braselton, Georgia.<br />

Vital served as the Assistant Director of College<br />
Scouting with the New England Patriots from 2001-<br />
04 after maintaining duties as a National College<br />
Scout in 2000. It was during his tenure with New<br />

Manager Thomas Dimitro .<br />
Prior to his stint in New England, Vital spent three<br />
seasons as a Talent Scout with the New York Jets,<br />
covering the Southeast region from 1997-99. He<br />
entered the scouting ranks with the Cleveland<br />
Browns in 1991 and spent fi ve seasons as a Talent<br />
Scout, after being hired by Head Coach Bill<br />
Belichick. Vital followed Belichick and the Browns<br />
when the team moved to Baltimore for its inaugural<br />
season in 1996, working as a College Scout. For two<br />
seasons (1990-91), Vital was the Director of Player<br />
Personnel for the Montreal Machine in the World<br />
League of American Football.<br />
A native of Loreauville, Louisiana, Vital graduated<br />
from Nicholls State and was selected by the<br />
Washington Redskins as a running back in the<br />
seventh round of the 1985 NFL Draft.<br />

RAN CARTHON<br />
PRO SCOUT<br />
Ran Carthon enters his third season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> as a Pro Scout. He is responsible for<br />
providing the coaching sta with advance<br />
scouting reports for upcoming opponents,<br />
evaluating players in each year’s free agency<br />
market and maintaining the daily waiver wire.<br />
Carthon joined the scouting ranks following<br />
a three-year playing career in the NFL after<br />
breaking into the league as an undrafted rookie<br />
with the Indianapolis Colts. He was a standout<br />
running back at the University of Florida (1999-<br />
2003) where he competed in fi ve bowl games<br />
over his collegiate career and was part of the<br />
Gators 2000 SEC Championship team. Carthon’s<br />
father, Maurice, currently serves as the Assistant<br />
Head Coach for the Kansas City Chiefs.<br />
DAVID CALDWELL<br />
DIRECTOR OF COLLEGE SCOUTING<br />
David Caldwell embarks on his third season with<br />
the <strong>Falcons</strong> as the Director of College Scouting. He<br />
has served in the NFL for 14 years, 10 of which came<br />
with the Indianapolis Colts. Caldwell oversees<br />
<strong>Atlanta</strong>’s college area and regional scouts. He<br />
also assimilates the information he receives and<br />
presents it to General Manager Thomas Dimitro<br />
with a goal to make the NFL Draft as e ective as<br />
possible. Caldwell is also responsible for scouting<br />
the top talent in the country.<br />
From 2006-07, Caldwell was the Western<br />
Regional Scout with Indianapolis covering major<br />
college football conferences, including the Pac- 10,<br />
Big 10 and Big 12. Coming from a successful Colts<br />
franchise that claimed a victory in Super Bowl<br />
DEJUAN POLK<br />
PRO SCOUT<br />
DeJuan Polk begins his fi fth season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> organization and third as a Pro Scout.<br />
He is responsible for scouting all professional<br />
leagues, including 15 NFL teams and advance<br />
scouting. Polk also served as a College Scout for<br />
the <strong>Falcons</strong> from 2007-08, covering the Midwest<br />
Region and conferences such as the Big Ten and<br />
MAC. Polk started his tenure with the organization<br />
in 2006 as a Pro Personnel Assistant and helped<br />
the personnel department coordinating free agent<br />
workouts, maintaining the “short-list” and advance<br />
scouting of future opponents. In 2005, Polk served<br />
as the Defensive Tackles Coach at South Carolina<br />
State. He was a four-year letterman at defensive<br />
tackle for Clemson University during his collegiate<br />
campaign from 1999-2003.<br />
XLI against the Chicago Bears, Caldwell was part<br />
of a scouting team that accounted for multiple<br />
starters and Pro Bowl players. In 1998, he got his<br />
start with Indianapolis, serving as an Area Scout<br />
and remained in that role for the following seven<br />
seasons. Caldwell covered the Midwest and West<br />
Coast regions. In 1996, Caldwell broke into the NFL<br />
with the Carolina Panthers as a Scouting Assistant<br />
where he spent two seasons. He served as a liaison<br />
between the college scouting director and multiple<br />
area scouts while focusing on draft preparations.<br />
Caldwell is a graduate of John Carroll University,<br />
earning a Bachelors degree in Finance/Business<br />
Administration. He was a two-year letterman as<br />
an outside linebacker helping the Blue Streaks to<br />
an Ohio Athletic Conference title in 1994. A native<br />
of Bu alo, New York, Caldwell and his wife, Joelle,<br />
have one son, David Michael II.<br />

MARVIN ALLEN<br />
EASTERN REGIONAL SCOUT<br />
Marvin Allen begins his second season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> as the Eastern Regional Scout. A native of<br />
Wichita Falls, Texas, Allen spent 16 seasons with<br />
the New England Patriots, including his last 12 in<br />
the player personnel department as an Area Scout.<br />
He was responsible for the collection of data on<br />
all prospects in his assigned region. Allen is a<br />
graduate of Tulane University and was selected by<br />
the Patriots in the 11th round (294th overall) of the<br />
1988 NFL Draft. In four seasons with New England,<br />
he rushed for 378 yards and two touchdowns on<br />
94 carries (4.0 avg.).<br />
BOB HARRISON<br />
AREA SCOUT<br />
Bob Harrison enters his 15th season as a <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
scout, but also served in a previous coaching role in<br />
<strong>Atlanta</strong>. Harrison was the <strong>Falcons</strong> Receivers Coach<br />
from 1983-86 while coaching two years with the<br />
Pittsburgh Steelers (1992-93) and four years with<br />
the University of Georgia (1988-91). He was the<br />
Receivers Coach at Boston College from 1994-96<br />
and also had coaching stopovers at North Carolina<br />
State for two years and Tennessee for seven years.<br />
As a player, Harrison was an All-MAC receiver at<br />
Kent State. His coaching experience spanned 33<br />
years in college, the NFL and at the high school<br />
level. Harrison concentrates on the Atlantic Coast<br />
area of the country in his scouting duties. He and<br />
his wife, Faye, reside in nearby Athens, Georgia.<br />

MARK OLSON<br />
WESTERN REGIONAL SCOUT<br />
Mark Olson embarks on his 13th year with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> player personnel department in 2010 and<br />
his second year as Western Regional Scout after<br />
serving fi ve years scouting the West for the club.<br />
Prior to joining the college scouting department,<br />
he served three years as a Pro Scout with the team<br />
where he was responsible for advance scouting, as<br />
well as evaluating players and assisting the club in<br />
its preparation for free agent acquisitions. Olson<br />
originally joined the <strong>Falcons</strong> in 1998 as a Scouting<br />
Assistant. His past experience has included stints<br />
with the Washington Redskins, Minnesota Vikings,<br />
and Montreal of the CFL. Olson graduated from the<br />
University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a degree in<br />
Journalism. He earned his Masters degree in Sports<br />
Management from the University of Minnesota in<br />
1997. Olson currently resides in Park City, Utah.<br />
SHEPLEY HEARD<br />
AREA SCOUT<br />
Shepley Heard enters his sixth season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> player personnel department and his third<br />
year as an Area Scout, responsible for scouting<br />
in the Southwest part of the country (Texas,<br />
Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri<br />
and parts of Louisiana). Prior to his move West,<br />
Shepley served as a Scouting Assistant in the<br />
pro personnel department in 2005 before being<br />
promoted to a Pro Scout in the spring of 2006. As<br />
a Pro Scout, his duties included advance scouting<br />
future opponents, watching and grading free agent<br />
players as well as scouting the AFL and CFL. Heard<br />
played safety and special teams at the University<br />
of Central Oklahoma from 1997 to 2001. He<br />
currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.<br />

BOB KRONENBERG<br />
AREA SCOUT<br />
Bob Kronenberg begins his second season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> as an Area Scout with the responsibility<br />
of evaluating college prospects in a regional and<br />
national capacity. Prior to his arrival with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong>, Kronenberg spent seven seasons in<br />
the AFL primarily with the Georgia Force as an<br />
assistant coach and Defensive Coordinator (2003-<br />
08). He also served as an assistant coach with<br />
Nashville in 2001. Kronenberg began his collegiate<br />
career at St. Cloud State (MN) where he was an All-<br />
America selection in football while participating in<br />
track. He fi nished his studies at Middle Tennessee<br />
State University prior to being signed as a rookie<br />
free agent by Tampa Bay in 1993. Kronenberg’s<br />
playing career also includes four seasons in NFL<br />
Europa, three years in the CFL and a training camp<br />
appearance with the Washington Redskins in 1998.<br />
ROBINSON PAYNE<br />
AREA SCOUT<br />
Robinson Payne begins his third season with<br />
the <strong>Falcons</strong> and second as a College Scout,<br />
responsible for covering the Northeast area. In<br />
2008, he served as a Pro Scout for the <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
and was in charge of scouting for 15 teams, the<br />
AFL and CFL. Payne’s past experience includes<br />
a two-year stint with the Ottawa Rough Riders<br />
of the CFL (1996-97) as the Running Backs and<br />
Special Teams Coach. From 1993-94, he was with<br />
the Sacramento Gold Miners as the Linebackers<br />
Coach when the CFL competed in the United<br />
States. From 1990-91, Payne was the graduate<br />
assistant/running backs coach at the University of<br />
Texas. A graduate of Abilene Christian University<br />
in Abilene, Texas, Payne played free safety for four<br />
years (1985-89) for the Wildcats.<br />
TAYLOR MORTON<br />
AREA SCOUT<br />
Taylor Morton embarks on his 11th season with<br />
the <strong>Falcons</strong> player personnel department and will<br />
be responsible for scouting the Southeast for the<br />
club. Prior to becoming a College Scout, Morton<br />
served in pro personnel as an Advance Scout for<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> opponents, as well as evaluating future<br />
free agent prospects for the team and scouting<br />
other professional leagues, including the NFL,<br />
NFL Europa and the CFL. Taylor joined the <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
after coaching eight years in the college ranks. His<br />
stints included Auburn University, Hinds CC and<br />

Morton earned both a Masters and a B.S. degree<br />
in Coaching/Sports Administration. He is a native<br />
of the Destin, Florida area where he attended<br />
Niceville High School and was a member of the<br />
1988 4A state championship football team. The<br />
Morton family resides in Dacula, Georgia.<br />
STEVE SABO<br />
AREA SCOUT<br />
Steve Sabo joins the <strong>Falcons</strong> for his fi rst season in<br />
2010 and is responsible for scouting the Midwest<br />
area for the team. Sabo comes to <strong>Atlanta</strong> following<br />
12 seasons with the Cleveland Browns in a variety of<br />
roles, including the teams Pro Personnel Coordinator<br />
(1998-2006), Director of Pro Personnel (2007-08)<br />
and Senior Director of Pro Personnel (2009). In<br />
Cleveland, Sabo was responsible for scouting NFL<br />
teams while assisting with advance scouting of<br />
upcoming opponents. Prior to his tenure with the<br />
Browns, Sabo served as a Pro Scout with the New<br />
Orleans Saints from 1996-98. A native of Willingboro,<br />
New Jersey, Sabo is married to the former, Ursula<br />
Anderson, and the two are proud parents of their<br />
daughter, Anderson.<br />

SCOUTING ASSISTANT<br />
Anthony Robinson begins his third season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> as a Scouting Assistant. His duties include<br />
day-to-day operations of the scouting department,<br />
draft board preparations, evaluations of college/<br />
pro players, “point of attack” tape and coordinating<br />
college/pro workouts and visits. Prior to arriving<br />
in <strong>Atlanta</strong>, he worked with BLESTO Scouting as<br />
a scouting assistant intern (2007-2008), served<br />
as an undergraduate assistant coach o ense with<br />
Florida State University (2005-2007) and the<br />
Baltimore Ravens player personnel department<br />
as an intern during training camp in 2006. He<br />
competed as a running back at Morgan State<br />
University before later transferring to FSU where he<br />
earned his bachelors degree in Sport Management<br />
in 2007.<br />
BRIAN BOIGNER<br />
EQUIPMENT MANAGER<br />
The 2010 campaign marks the 14th season for Brian<br />
Boigner as <strong>Atlanta</strong>’s Equipment Manager. He is<br />
responsible for properly outfi tting players with the<br />
safest and most advanced protective equipment<br />
and footwear, as well as ordering and organizing the<br />
team’s inventory of apparel and equipment. Boigner<br />
also serves as the team’s liaison with the NFL’s sole<br />
uniform and apparel provider, Reebok. He also<br />
sat on both the NFL helmet safety group and foot<br />
and ankle committee this past o season. Prior to<br />
joining the <strong>Falcons</strong>, Boigner spent fi ve years as the<br />
Assistant Equipment Manager for the New York<br />
Giants. He also served as the Assistant Equipment<br />
Manager for the New York/New Jersey Knights of<br />
the World League (1991-92). He has a son, Bryce,<br />
(12) and a daughter, Sarah (9). Boigner and his wife,<br />
Tema, reside in the city of <strong>Atlanta</strong>.<br />
MIKE CREWS<br />
VIDEO DIRECTOR<br />
Mike Crews enters his 10th season as the team’s<br />
Video Director and 13th year overall with the <strong>Falcons</strong>.<br />
Crews joined the team after working at Georgia<br />
Tech. He puts into motion <strong>Atlanta</strong>’s weekly game<br />
plan by fi lming each game & practice and editing it<br />
for players and coaches to review. Crews also breaks<br />
down the opponents’ weekly game fi lm for the team<br />
to analyze and is responsible for overseeing both the<br />
college and pro digital video systems. He also does<br />
game analysis that includes creating a database as<br />
well as the reports for the coaching sta . A native of<br />
Decatur, Ga., he received his Management degree<br />
with a minor in Marketing from Georgia Tech in 1996.<br />
He and his wife, Jennifer, and their son, Bailey, as well<br />
as daughters, Kelsey and Caitlyn, live in Braselton,<br />
Georgia.<br />

JIMMY HAY<br />
ASSISTANT EQUIPMENT MANAGER<br />
Jimmy Hay has been a fi xture around the <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
locker room since he served as a ball boy when<br />
he was just 12 years old. Hay’s experience in the<br />
equipment room started in 1990 as he helped out<br />
after school each day. He served as an intern with<br />
the department in 1995 and was hired full-time<br />
in 1997. During the spring of 1996 and 1997, he<br />
worked in NFL Europa as an Assistant Equipment<br />
Manager with the Frankfurt Galaxy and as the<br />
Equipment Manager of the Amsterdam Admirals.<br />
A Georgia native, Hay was an all-county selection<br />
as a third baseman for the North Gwinnett High<br />
School baseball team. He and his wife, Heidi, reside<br />
in Sugar Hill, Georgia with sons, Mike and Jake.<br />
KENNY OSUWAH<br />
ASSISTANT EQUIPMENT MANAGER<br />
Kenny Osuwah enters his fi rst season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> as an Assistant Equipment Manager. Some<br />
of Osuwah’s responsibilities include the upkeep of<br />
<strong>Atlanta</strong>’s uniforms and helmets, maintaining the<br />
team’s equipment and sideline apparel, assisting<br />
in the transportation of equipment and uniforms<br />
and working with the coaching sta to facilitate<br />
practice drills. Osuwah holds three previous years<br />
of experience in the NFL, including training camp<br />
internships with the <strong>Falcons</strong> (2009), San Francisco<br />
49ers (2007) and the Super Bowl XLI Champion<br />
Indianapolis Colts (2006). He is a graduate of Fort<br />
Hays State University where he graduated with a<br />
B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems and a<br />
B.S. in Economics and Finance. Osuwah was born in<br />
Paris, France and was raised in Nigeria.<br />
JIMMY LUCK<br />
ASSISTANT EQUIPMENT MANAGER<br />
Jimmy Luck enters his seventh season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> as an Assistant Equipment Manager. Prior<br />
to joining the <strong>Falcons</strong> and Georgia Force of the<br />
AFL, Luck served as an Equipment Manager in the<br />
college ranks for The Citadel. He began his career<br />
in professional football in 2002 when he served as<br />
the Equipment Manager for the af2’s Charleston<br />
Swamp Foxes. Luck’s previous experience includes<br />
working as Coordinator of Baseball Operations for<br />
the University of Miami (Fla.) from 1996 to 1998<br />
and as a sales rep. for Rawlings Sporting Goods,<br />
covering Tennessee from 1998 to 2000. Luck is a<br />
1995 graduate of Georgia Tech, where he earned his<br />
degree in Management.<br />
PHILLIP TIEMANN<br />
VIDEO ASSISTANT<br />
Phillip Tiemann begins his sixth season in the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> video department as an assistant.<br />
Tiemann is responsible for recording practices<br />
and games and then distributing the tapes to<br />
the coaching sta and front o ce personnel for<br />
review. His experience includes stints as an intern<br />
with the <strong>Falcons</strong> in 2005 and with the University of<br />
Arkansas as a student assistant in 2004. Tiemann<br />
earned his degree in Broadcast Journalism from<br />
the University of Arkansas. He lives in Buford,<br />

Daniel Wayne enters his third season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> as a Video Assistant. His duties include<br />
copying game footage, taping practice, working<br />
on the team’s new editing software system and<br />
delivering necessary footage to coaches and<br />
players. Prior to joining the <strong>Falcons</strong>, Wayne served<br />
as a video intern with the Minnesota Vikings in 2007<br />
maintaining the same responsibilities. He graduated<br />
from the University of Wisconsin and was a student<br />
assistant in the video department for the Badgers<br />
from 2002-06, working with several sports,<br />
including football. A native of Decatur, Illinois,<br />
Wayne graduated from St. Teresa High School<br />
where he got his start in video working as the head<br />
Video Coordinator for the boy’s varsity basketball<br />
team. He also played baseball during his prep years.<br />
ANDREW WEIDINGER<br />
ADMIN. ASST. TO HEAD COACH/OFFENSE<br />
Andrew Weidinger is in his third season as<br />
Administrative Assistant to the Head Coach/<br />
O ense, providing administrative help to <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
Head Coach Mike Smith. Weidinger will also lend<br />
a hand with the <strong>Falcons</strong> o ense, undertaking such<br />
duties as managing data, research, daily practice<br />
scripts, schedules, calendars and assisting with the<br />
running backs. He joined the <strong>Falcons</strong> in 2007 as a<br />
Personnel Scout and prior to arriving in <strong>Atlanta</strong>, he<br />
spent seven seasons at the University of Arizona,<br />
where he served in a number of positions, including<br />
Assistant Director of Football Operations. Weidinger<br />
received a degree in Political Science in May of 2004<br />
and completed his Master’s degree in Information<br />
Resources and Library Sciences in May 2007. He<br />
spent late summer and early fall of 2006 in a<br />
preseason internship with the <strong>Falcons</strong>.<br />

KARL PIERBURG<br />
DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL SYSTEMS/SPECIAL PROJECTS<br />
Karl Pierburg enters his sixth season with <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
as the team’s Director of Football Systems/Special<br />
Projects. Prior to arriving in <strong>Atlanta</strong>, Pierburg worked<br />
for the Chicago Bears for three seasons as IT manager<br />
for football systems. During his time in Chicago, he<br />
handled extensive development work on coaching<br />
systems and college and pro scouting systems. He<br />
developed a system that allowed area scouts to<br />
manage rosters, write scouting reports and access<br />
other pertinent information. Karl is a graduate of<br />
Illinois Wesleyan University with a double major in<br />
Mathematics and Computer Science. He was a fouryear<br />
letterman in football, earning fi rst team honors<br />
as an o ensive guard while also being named to the<br />
academic all-conference fi rst team. Karl and his wife,<br />
Kathy, have two young daughters, Anna, and Ellie, and<br />
a young son, Jonathan.<br />

NICK POLK<br />
DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL ADMINISTRATION<br />
Nick Polk begins his third season as the club’s<br />
Director of Football Administration and seventh<br />
year overall with the team. From 2004-07, Polk<br />
served as the team’s Director of Football Operations.<br />
He works closely with General Manager Thomas<br />
Dimitro on all contract proposals, negotiations and<br />
salary cap management. Polk also helps coordinate<br />
the <strong>Falcons</strong> compliance with the NFL’s Collective<br />
Bargaining Agreement and labor related issues.<br />
Prior to his current role, he spent three seasons<br />
with the Georgia Force of the AFL handing all<br />
aspects of football operations. Before working with<br />
the Force, Polk served as the Director of Football<br />
Administration before moving to the role of Senior<br />
Director of Football Operations for NFL Europe. He<br />
held coaching stints at Lock Haven University (Head<br />
Coach), James Madison, Brown, Delaware State and<br />
Southern Connecticut. Polk earned a degree in Health<br />
and Physical Education from Lock Haven University<br />
and went on to gain a Master’s degree in Physical<br />
Education/Higher Education from James Madison.<br />
Polk lives in Braselton, Georgia with his wife, Michelle<br />
and two daughters, Maddie (10) and Michaela (8).<br />

Rob Geo roy begins his fi fth season as the team’s<br />
Controller with a strong background in sports<br />
business management, accounting, fi nance, and<br />
operations. Concurrently, Geo roy is the Chief<br />
Financial O cer of the <strong>Falcons</strong> Retail and <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
Physical Therapy businesses. He also served in the<br />
same capacity with the Georgia Force of the AFL<br />
from 2006-2008. Geo roy began his career with the<br />
NBA’s Boston Celtics in the fi nance department and<br />
then moved over to accounting for the NHL’s New<br />
Jersey Devils Stanley Cup Championship in 1995<br />
before returning to the Celtics. He left the Celtics after<br />
a total of nine seasons as Director of Accounting &<br />
Operations to become the Chief Financial O cer and<br />
Chief Operating O cer of International Healthcare.<br />
A graduate of Bentley College, Geo roy and his wife,<br />
Jennifer, have two daughters, Kathryn and Samantha.<br />
The Geo roy family resides in Suwanee, Georgia.<br />
FRANK KLEHA<br />
SENIOR DIRECTOR OF MEDIA RELATIONS<br />
Frank Kleha embarks on his 24th season with<br />
the <strong>Falcons</strong> and seventh year in his role as Senior<br />
Director of Media Relations. Some of Kleha’s duties<br />
include setting up media interviews for players,<br />
coaches and front o ce personnel with local and<br />
national reporters from newspapers, television,<br />
radio stations, and respected internet sites. Kleha<br />
works directly on the yearly programming needs<br />
of broadcasting partners, WXIA-TV, and Dave FM,<br />
and is also the club’s publications Managing Editor<br />
for the media guide, NFL program, and yearbook.<br />
Kleha is a graduate of George Mason University.<br />
For the past two seasons, Kleha has been part of<br />
a department that was a fi nalist for Pete Rozelle<br />
Award by PFWA for outstanding service to media.<br />
He and his wife, Wendy, live with their son, Cody,<br />
and daughter, Allie, in Roswell, Georgia.<br />

MIKE GILSENAN<br />
DIRECTOR OF TICKET OPERATIONS<br />
Mike Gilsenan begins his sixth season with the team<br />
and has more than 15 years of experience in the sports<br />
ticketing industry. In his current capacity, he oversees<br />
the management of all <strong>Falcons</strong> seat inventory and<br />
yearly seat relocation program, among other duties.<br />
He joined the <strong>Falcons</strong> in 2005 following a 10-year<br />
career with the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes where he<br />
most recently was the Director of Ticket Operations.<br />
Gilsenan started his career in sports in 1995 with the<br />
Hartford Whalers as a ticket sales intern and sales<br />
executive. When the team later relocated to Raleigh,<br />
North Carolina, he was tabbed to create and manage<br />
the team’s ticket operations in the newly built RBC<br />
Center. Raised in Connecticut, he received his<br />
Bachelors degree from Clemson University. Gilsenan<br />
and his wife, Keri, are proud parents of Mackenzie (7)<br />
and Jack (8). The Gilsenan’s reside in Powder Springs,<br />
Georgia.<br />
DEBBIE KNOWLAN<br />
DIRECTOR OF TICKET SERVICES<br />
Debbie Knowlan enters her third season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> after joining the team in November of<br />
2008 as the Director of Ticket Services. In this<br />
role, she is responsible for the dedicated service<br />
team to assist and personalize the experience<br />
for <strong>Falcons</strong> season ticket holders. Prior to joining<br />
the organization, Knowlan served as the Director<br />
of Season Ticket Services and Retention for the<br />
Miami Heat of the NBA, working in a similar<br />
capacity. She also worked for The Ritz-Carlton<br />
Hotel Company in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands<br />
as the Manager of Guest Activities and in Miami<br />
at the Caribbean & Mexico corporate o ce as<br />
a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Knowlan<br />
graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in<br />
Parks and Recreation with an emphasis toward<br />
management. She resides in <strong>Atlanta</strong>, Georgia.<br />

Dan Levak begins his 11th season with the <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
in 2010. In his current role, Levak directs the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> interactive marketing e orts, including<br />
the evaluation of emerging technology, managing<br />
the digital media sta and maintaining a cuttingedge<br />
postproduction digital video studio. Under his<br />
guidance, <strong>Atlanta</strong>falcons.com was named “best<br />
overall NFL website” by the NFL Internet Network<br />
in 2005. The Cleveland, Ohio native holds a<br />
bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology and<br />
minor in Journalism from Miami University. He also<br />
completed his postgraduate work in public relations<br />
at Ohio State University. Following a year covering<br />
the Browns, Indians and Cavaliers for The Cleveland<br />
Plain Dealer’s online property, www.cleveland.com,<br />
Levak joined the <strong>Falcons</strong> as an Interactive Producer<br />
in 2000. He and his wife, Christine, reside in Flowery<br />
Branch, Georgia.<br />
DON ROVAK<br />
DIRECTOR OF TICKET SALES & SERVICE<br />
Don Rovak enters his third season as Director of Ticket<br />
Sales and Service with the <strong>Falcons</strong>. In Rovak’s fi rst<br />
two years, his sta has led the NFL by selling more<br />
new season tickets than any other team in the league<br />
in each of his two years with the club. In addition to<br />
the season ticket initiative, the <strong>Falcons</strong> new group<br />
sales department achieved top results working with<br />
area youth leagues, non-profi ts, and other regional<br />
partners. Previously, Rovak was Vice President of<br />
Marketing & Ticketing for the Memphis Redbirds Triple<br />
A baseball team. Under his leadership, the Redbirds<br />
opened AutoZone Park and fi nished fi rst or second in<br />
ballpark attendance each year. Befor the Redbirds, he<br />
created a new ticket sales department at the Memphis<br />
Motorsports Park. Rovak graduated from Indiana<br />
University and he and his wife, Carrie, reside in <strong>Atlanta</strong><br />
with their two sons, Jared and Dustin.<br />
KENDYL MOSS<br />
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS<br />
Kendyl Baugh Moss begins her eighth season with<br />
the <strong>Falcons</strong> and the fourth as Director of Community<br />
Relations. In this capacity, Moss is responsible for<br />
community initiatives, player outreach and youth<br />
football programming. She assumes this position<br />
after three years of serving as the Manager of<br />
Event Marketing for the <strong>Falcons</strong> and one year as<br />
Program O cer for the <strong>Atlanta</strong> <strong>Falcons</strong> Youth<br />
Foundation. Prior to her role with the <strong>Falcons</strong>, Moss<br />
was the Assistant Director of the NCAA Division<br />
I Men’s Basketball Championship and Final Four.<br />
Before working with the NCAA, she served as the<br />
Assistant Director of Championships/Marketing for<br />
Conference USA. Moss earned her B.S. in Speech<br />
Communications at the University of Texas. She also<br />
holds a M.A. in Corporate Communications from<br />
DePaul University. Moss and her husband, Cory,<br />
reside in Smyrna, Georgia with their son, Kellen, and<br />
daughter, Kolby.<br />
SPENCER TREADWELL<br />
DIRECTOR OF LOGISTICS & FACILITIES<br />
Spencer Treadwell enters his eighth season as the <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
Director of Logistics & Facilities. Treadwell continues<br />
to oversee all the logistical operations for the <strong>Falcons</strong>,<br />
including team travel, training camp, game operations and<br />
supervises the <strong>Falcons</strong> headquarters in Flowery Branch.<br />
Treadwell will also serve as a liaison between football<br />
operations and the organization as a whole. His main task<br />
will be to coordinate the team’s various intradepartmental<br />
e orts. Treadwell also served as the NFL liaison for the<br />
league during Super Bowl XLIII. He joined the organization’s<br />
marketing department in 1995 and transitioned into<br />
logistics during the <strong>Falcons</strong> run to Super Bowl XXXIII<br />
in 1998. Treadwell is a graduate of Tucker High School<br />
and received his Business Administration degree from<br />
Presbyterian College in 1995. Treadwell and his wife, Julie,<br />
are the proud parents of two daughters, Avery and Alli, and<br />
one son, Zach. The Treadwell’s reside in Buford, Georgia.<br />

Karen Walters enters her seventh season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> and third as Director of Human Resources.<br />
Walters was hired by the club in 2003 as Human<br />
Resources Manager. She boasts over 20 years of<br />
service in the human resources fi eld and her career<br />
began at the age of 19 as a human resources intern<br />
with Unisys Corporation, a Fortune 100 IT fi rm.<br />
After graduating from Oglethorpe University in<br />
1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business<br />
Administration and Behavioral Science, Walters<br />
joined Electrolux Corporation as a Benefi ts<br />
Administrator. Her current role with the <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
involves implementing a comprehensive human<br />
resources strategy across all of the Arthur M. Blank<br />
Family of Businesses, including strategies such as<br />
associate development, performance management,<br />
and succession planning. Walters and her husband,<br />
Tommy, have one daughter, Madalyn (16), and a<br />
son, Ross (13), and reside in Dawsonville, Georgia.<br />
RODDY WHITE<br />
DIRECTOR OF EVENT MARKETING<br />
Roddy White is a veteran of 15 years in the NFL and<br />
various major sporting events. He begins his ninth<br />
season as Director of Event Marketing with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong>. White is responsible for the club’s special<br />
events, game presentation, creative services, mascot<br />
program, cheerleading program, advertising and<br />
promotions. Under White’s stewardship, the <strong>Falcons</strong><br />
have attracted star acts in various music genres<br />
such as James Brown, Ashanti, Sugarland, The<br />
Temptations, Travis Tritt, Ludacris, LeAnn Rimes,<br />
NeYo and the Pointer Sisters as regular performers<br />
at home games. Prior to his appointment with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong>, he spent six seasons with the Jacksonville<br />
Jaguars as the club’s Director of Special Events and<br />
Promotions. A graduate of the University of Georgia,<br />
he lives with his wife, Patti, and daughters, Whitney<br />
and Sydney, in Alpharetta, Georgia.<br />

Kevin Winston begins his sixth season with the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> in 2010. Before his arrival in <strong>Atlanta</strong>, he spent<br />
fi ve seasons with the New York Jets in the player<br />
development department. In 2008, Winston and the<br />
<strong>Falcons</strong> were the winners of the Outstanding Career<br />

Class Commitment Award. Some of Winston’s<br />
responsibilities include helping players with career<br />
counseling, fi nancial & family matters and postfootball<br />
career options. He also coordinates alumni<br />
relations for the club. The NFL has honored Winston<br />
with the “most outstanding player development<br />
department” in 2003-04 in New York. Kevin and his<br />
wife, Dana have one son, Matthew Kevin.<br />
