• Hinge and mounting plate required to attach door to cabinet box.<br />
• Integrated soft close motion for wood doors with uniform closing action regardless of door size.<br />
• Soft close action begins at 30° position with a 3 to 5 second close time.<br />
• Clip-On Technology provides a rapid, precise and secure means to attach hinge to mounting plate.<br />
• Can be used with Frameless or Face Frame cabinets (mounting plate determines face frame or frameless application).<br />
• 105° opening, self closing hinges are all steel and nickel plated for corrosion resistance.<br />
• Tab distance (Cup Drilling Distance) is fixed at 4mm and requires an 12mm ( 7 /16") cup bore depth but will work<br />
with our standard 12.7mm (½") depth.<br />

/16" (1.2mm) minimum gap is required.<br />
○ For opening two adjacent doors at the same time, double the required minimum gap.<br />
• Three fixing option for attaching hinges to door:<br />
○ Screw-on (Two #6 x ⅝" FHP wood screws required, must be ordered separately - see Hardware Screws & Bumpers<br />
section). Compatible with HP100 hinge bore pattern.<br />
○ Press-in dowels (includes screws). Compatible with HP200 hinge bore pattern.<br />
○ Rapido cam dowel (no screws required). Compatible with HP200 hinge bore pattern.<br />
• 6-Way adjustability (with required mounting plate).<br />
○Hinge provides patented, parallel side to side cam adjustment. Mounting plate provides in/out and up/down<br />
adjustment.<br />
• Attach mounting plate to face frame or cabinet side using two #6 x ⅝" FHP wood screws (must be ordered separately -<br />
see Hardware Screws & Bumpers section).<br />
○ Mounting plates #BAR3R09, #BAR3R29, #BAR3R39 have Euro screw equivalent for frameless cabinets.<br />
○ Requests for Euro screw mounting plates can be submitted to Customer Support.<br />
• Used with doors up to ⅞" thick.<br />
• Heavy duty hinge for either residential or commercial cabinets.<br />
