● 106° opening, concealed, self closing hinges are all steel construction and nickel plated for corrosion resistance.<br />
● Tab distance (Cup Drilling Distance) is fixed at 2.5mm and requires an 11mm ( 7 /16") cup bore depth but will work<br />
with our standard 12.7mm (½") depth.<br />
○ Please check the Outside Edge Profile compatibility chart when applying these hinge bore options to your door.<br />
○ Compatibility charts can be found on our website under Technical Information.<br />
● Minimum Required Gap = Distance required to open a ¾" thick door 90° without hitting an adjacent door or wall.<br />
○ For overlays from ¼" to ¾" - A ⅜" (8.3mm) minimum gap is required.<br />
○ For overlays from 1" to 1 7 /16" - A ¼" (5.2mm) minimum gap is required.<br />
○ For opening two adjacent doors at the same time, double the required minimum gap.<br />
● Two fixing options for attaching hinges to door:<br />

2) Installation<br />
The Blum Release Clips referenced above are sold & installed by <strong>WalzCraft</strong>. Note, we do not install drawer slides.<br />
The Salice Front Locking Clips (A710.610) can also be purchased & installed for charge per pair/box.<br />
3) Ordering<br />
The NHH1, Notch and Hook Hole Combination must be ordered in conjunction with release clips, to allow for<br />
installation.<br />
Release clips vary by manufacturer. <strong>WalzCraft</strong> can provide and install other brands upon request.<br />
4) Other Release Clips The following information is required when ordering release clips that are not inventoried by <strong>WalzCraft</strong>:<br />
