EUMETSAT:<br />
To operate the <strong>Sentinel</strong>-3 satellite for the European<br />
GMES programme (Global Monitoring for Environment<br />
and Security) during the routine operations phase.<br />
– Further response to the operational needs of the<br />
European marine (and climate) community.<br />
Mandate<br />
• Operationally monitor and control <strong>Sentinel</strong>-3 platform<br />
and payloads (S-3A and S-3B)<br />
• Operationally process and distribute instrument data<br />
and marine products<br />
• Provide support to the marine user community<br />
