This is the most that I believe the Navajo Tribe can offer for a teqorary boudary, but it should be made clear when this ofier is made that if the Hopis arc willing to consider agreement on a pemanent boundary that the Navajo Tribe would 'consider a considerably larger area for a division of surface ~ights and jurisdictional pqses .
