Just as students are urged to become involved in extracurricular activities throughout<br />
their university careers, we would like to remind you that you are just as important to<br />
VsU after you graduate and leave campus.<br />
the <strong>Valdosta</strong> state <strong>University</strong> alumni association strives to promote the welfare of the<br />
<strong>University</strong> and its alumni by increasing the interest of its members in the <strong>University</strong>,<br />
its students, and in each other. the alumni association is composed of more than<br />
46,000 members.<br />
the association has no dues, but urges alumni to participate in the annual Fund<br />
to support VsU and to further the association’s programs and services. the annual<br />
meeting of the association is held during Homecoming each year.<br />
alumni communications include the Voice magazine, the VsU alumni Web site and<br />
online community, and various mailings and e-mail messages throughout the year.<br />
