yacht for lounging in the garden. Made
from glass fiber reinforced plastic – flat,

Die Basiselemente von PLATFORM gibt es
in zwei Längen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit,
links oder rechts anzubauen. Sie können
auch entscheiden, an welchem Element
der Stromanschluss ist. Bitte beachten Sie
jedoch, dass beim Kombinieren mit einem
kurzen Element, der Stromausgang immer
vom langen Element geführt werden muss.
Nutzen Sie die Option einer praktischen,
wasserdichten Softschutzhülle.

The base elements of PLATFORM are
available in two lengths. This offers the
possibility of adding on either on the left or
on the right. You may also decide on which
element the power connection should be.
Please note, however, that when creating
a combination with a short element the
power outlet will always have to be carried
by the long element. We sincerely suggest
that you take the option of a practical
watertight soft protection cover.

den Himmel. Nur UP! stellt sich dem Unwetter
entgegen, denn UP! hat einen
absolut wasserdichten Body. Der speziell
behandelte Polsterschaum nimmt keinen
einzigen Tropfen Wasser auf. Sie müssen
nur Ihre Sitz- und Rückenkissen in Sicherheit
bringen. Es sei denn, Sie entscheiden
sich auch beim Sitzkissen für den Nano-
Bezugsstoff B67, dann darf auch hier der
Regen ungehemmt darauf prasseln.
Ses formes sont un défi au ciel. UP! fait

watertight body. The specially treated
bolster foam absorbs not even a single drop
of water. You merely need to bring your seat
and back cushions to safety. Unless you

even the heaviest rain could do any
damage.

a gently curved rest. The table still stands

Switenia. Vor dem Verarbeiten wird der
Holzwerkstoff wärmebehandelt. Die hochwertige
Oberflächenveredelung wird durch
einen 2-Komponenten PU-Lack erreicht.
Dieser wird in sechs Schichten aufgetragen
(drei Grund- und drei Deckschichten).

using mahogany wood. The precise

GRAYTON aus Geflecht führen wir zwei weitere
Pflanzbehälter aus glasfaserverstärktem
Beton (GFRC). Die leicht konisch geformten
Kübel gibt es in grau und weiß, jeweils in
zwei Größen. Die besonderen Eigenschaften
dieses Verbundwerkstoffs sind: Feuchtigkeitsbeständigkeit,
relativ geringes Gewicht
(ca. 75 % weniger als Kunststein), hohe
Zug- und Druckfestigkeit, keine Sprödbruchgefahr,
hohe Feuerbeständigkeit, umweltfreundlich
und wartungsfrei.
En plus de pots GRAYTON, en résine tressée,
nous proposons deux contenants en fibre
de verre renforcée (GFRC). Le pot a

tubs GRAYTON made from weave we carry
two further plant containers made from

Neben Acrylstoffen führen wir einen außergewöhnlichen,
besonders hochwertigen Nano-Bezugsstoff (B67 Off-white),
der speziell für die anspruchsvolle Außenanwendung auf
Yachten und für Nassbereiche entwickelt wurde. Dieses edle
Material in Lederoptik ist äußerst witterungsstabil,
UV-beständig und schmutzabweisend. Bei normaler Verarbeitung
kann jedoch durch die Nähte Wasser ins Kisseninnere
eindringen. Hier haben wir für die Gastronomie (auf Anfrage)
eine Methode entwickelt, auch den Schaumkern, der mit
Nano-Stoff bezogen ist, wasserdicht zu halten.
En plus des tissus en acrylique, nous proposons un tout
nouveau revêtement (B67 Off-white) spécialement développé
pour les applications marines et les atmosphères très
humides. Ce matériau de très haute qualité qui ressemble à
du cuir résiste aux intempéries, aux UV et est anti salissure.
Malgré toutes ces qualités, il se peut que l’humidité pénètre
dans les coussins par les coutures. Pour régler ce problème,
nous avons développé un moyen de protection de la mousse
elle-même qui est recouverte d’un film extra fin imperméable
pour l’hôtellerie (sur demande).
In addition to acrylic fabrics we carry an extraordinary,
specially high-quality nano cover fabric (B67 Off-white)
which was developed specifically for the demanding outdoor
applications encountered on yachts and for wet areas. This
high-grade material in a leather look is extremely weatherresistant,
UV-proof and dirt-repellent. However, in the standard
fabrication it is possible that water penetrates through
the seams into the interior of the cushions. To resolve this
problem we have developed a method for the gastronomy
(per request) for keeping the foam core covered with nano
fabric watertight as well.

WATERPROFF FABRICS
For our water-impermeable cushions we
use fabrics (C01, C02 and C03) which are
coated on the reverse side. By a targeted
reduction of the seams and a special seam
sealing a penetration of water through the
cushion seams is prevented. Mesh-polyester
layers applied by concealed sewing
techniques guarantee a sufficient air circulation.
Therefore, care should be taken that
the cushions do not stand upside down.

gefertigte Möbel. Schon seit vierzig Jahren
arbeiten wir auf den Philippinen mit Rattanund
Leder- und Synthetikgeflecht. Kaum
jemand bringt soviel Erfahrung in diesem
alten Handwerk mit wie wir. Jedes Produkt
ist ein einzelnes Meisterstück und trotzdem
bleiben die Maßtoleranzen sehr gering.
Geflecht wirkt leicht, charmant und grazil.
Der synthetische Werkstoff ist besonders
robust und hält seine Form.
Das Geflecht für unsere Möbel der Collection
FLORIDA wird aus hochwertigen Polyethylenfasern
hergestellt. Wir verarbeiten ausschließlich
hochwertige Markenfasern wie
Raucord (REHAU) und Hularo. Dieser ideale
Werkstoff für den Außenbereich ist farbecht,
UV-beständig, umweltfreundlich und
recyclebar. Durch manuellen Eingriff in
den Produktionsprozess werden bewusst
kleine Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Farbtextur
erreicht. Diese vielfältigen Färbungen mit
Streifen machen das Geflechtbild einzigartig.
Für die einfache Reinigung verwenden
Sie auch hier Wasser mit einer Seifenlösung,
dazu Schwamm oder Bürste.

Le tressage de nos meubles de la collection
FLORIDA est fait avec des fibres de polyethylène

individually built by hand with great skill.
We have a forty-year experience of processing
jungle vine, leather and synthetic
weave and producing exquisite furniture
with these materials in the Philippines.
Hardly anyone has as much experience in
this old craft as we. Each product is an
individual masterpiece and yet the size
tolerances remain very low. The weave
appears light, charming and gracile. The
synthetic material is particularly robust
and keeps its shape.
The weave for our furniture is made from
high-quality polyethylene fibers. We are
using exclusively high-quality branded
fibers such as Raucord (REHAU) and Hularo.
This ideal material for outdoor usage is
color-fast, UV-proof, eco-friendly and recyclable.
By deliberate manual intervention
in the production process small irregularities
in the color texture are achieved. These
multiple colorations with stripes give the
weave a unique appearance. Cleaning is
unproblematic here as well, just use a soap
sud and a sponge or brush.

EDELSTAHL
Beim rostfreien Stahl wird die Korrosionsbeständigkeit
der Eisenlegierung durch
Zugabe von Chrom und Nickel erhöht. Durch
den Bearbeitungsprozess des Passivierens
wird mit Hilfe von Salpetersäure eine Neutralisierung
eventuell korrodierender Partikel an
der Metalloberfläche erreicht. Für unsere
Collectionen ROXY und OCEAN CLUB verwenden
wir Edelstahl der Güte 1.4301, Typ 304.
Dieser Stahl hat sich weltweit im Schwimmbadbau
und bei der Fertigung von Edelstahlmöbel
durchgesetzt. Die Oberflächen und
sichtbaren Nähte sind passiviert, feingeschliffen
und bei OCEAN CLUB poliert, sodass
die entstandene Chromoxidschicht ihren
Schutz entfalten kann.
Vor allem Seeklima und Chlor können der
Oberfläche zusetzen, deshalb empfehlen wir
allgemein und ganz besonders in Umgebung
von Schwimmbädern eine regelmäßige
Reinigung mit einer milden Seifenlösung. Bei
Fleckenbildung und eventuellem Flugrost
können die Möbel mit einem speziellen
Stainless Steel Cleaner oder einer Edelstahlpaste
(z. B. das altbewährte Elsterglanz)
behandelt werden. Verwenden Sie keine
Scheuermittel oder Scheuerschwämme mit
Metallsubstanzen.
ACIER INOXYDABLE
Dans l’acier inoxydable, la résistance à la
corrosion de l’alliage est augmentée par
l’ajout de chrome et de nickel. De plus, le
procédé de passivation par l’acide nitrique
permet de supprimer les particules de
corrosion restées à la surface du métal. Pour
les gammes ROXY et OCEAN CLUB, nous
employons de l’inox qualité 1.4301, type 304.
Cet acier est utilisé aujourd’hui dans le monde
entier pour la construction de piscines et la
fabrication de mobilier en inox. Les surfaces
subissent l’opération de passivation et pour
la gamme OCEAN CLUB, elles sont aussi
polies afin que la couche d’oxyde de chrome
puisse exercer son effet protecteur.
Pour les milieux marins et chlorés qui sont
plus nocifs, nous recommandons un nettoyage
régulier des meubles avec une eau
savonneuse. Ceci s’applique tout particulièrement
pour les meubles situés près des
piscines. En cas d’apparition de points de
rouille, les meubles peuvent être traités avec
un produit de nettoyage pour l’inox ou une
pâte antirouille (par ex. Elsterglanz Pâte de
polissure universelle infaillible). Ne jamais
utiliser un produit abrasif ou une éponge
abrasive contenant des particules
métalliques pour nettoyer vos meubles.
STAINLESS STEEL
With stainless steel the corrosion resistance
of the iron alloy is increased by the addition
of chromium and nickel. By the passivation
process a neutralization of possibly corroding
particles on the metal surface is achieved by
means of nitric acid. For our collections ROXY
and OCEAN CLUB we are using stainless steel
of the quality 1.4301, type 304. This steel
has become accepted worldwide in the
construction of swimming pools and also in
the manufacture of stainless-steel furniture.
The surfaces and visible seams are passivated,
precision-ground and with respect to OCEAN
CLUB polished as well so that the chromium
oxide layer formed can develop its protective
features.
Particularly maritime climates and chlorine
can be quite hard on the surface, which is
why we recommend regular cleaning with a
mild soap sud as a matter of principle but
particularly so if such furniture is positioned
in the vicinity of swimming pools. In case of
spot development or flash rust, if so, the
furniture can be treated with a special stainless-steel
cleaner or a trusted stainless-steel
paste. Please, refrain from using abrasive
products or abrasive sponges containing
metal substances by all means!

STAHL
Für die Gestelle unserer Collectionen
LOUISIANA und NEW CLASSIC verwenden wir
kohlenstoffarmen Stahl Typ ST37. Die
verzinkten Rahmen werden bei LOUISIANA
mit einer Mehrschichtlackierung in schwarz
veredelt. Bei NEW CLASSIC ist die Oberfläche
in taupe-grey pulverbeschichtet. Diese
Beschichtung ist seidenmatt und hat ein angenehm
feinkörniges Finish. Bei Vermeidung
von Lackkratzern erreichen Sie auch mit
lackiertem Stahl eine hohe Haltbarkeit. Für
die Reinigung verwenden Sie Wasser mit
einem Allround-Pflegemittel. Tiefe Lackkratzer
sollten jedoch rechtzeitig mit einem Lackstift
ausgebessert werden.
ALUMINIUM
Neben konstruktiven Vorzügen überzeugt
dieser Metallwerkstoff vor allem durch sein
relativ geringes Gewicht und seine Witterungsbeständigkeit.
Aluminium wird durch
UV-beständige Pulverlacke im Pulverbeschichtungsverfahren
sehr korrosionsbeständig.
Die Pflege ist recht problemlos,
am besten mit neutraler Seifenlösung und
Schwamm, keine scheuernden Mittel.
Die LONG BEACH-Modelle haben eine glatte
Oberfläche in white oder grey. Bei SUMMER
LOUNGE ist die Oberfläche sanft feinkörnig in
matt-white oder taupe-grey.
ACIER
Pour les structures de nos collections
LOUISIANA et NEW CLASSIC nous utilisons de
l’acier bas carbone type ST37.
Pour LOUISIANA la structure est zinguée et
laquée multicouches en noir. Pour NEW
CLASSIC la surface est recouverte époxy
taupe ou blanc. Ce revêtement de protection
présente un aspect de surface légèrement
grainé. Avec un peu de soin vous éviterez les
rayures et profiterez ainsi beaucoup plus
longtemps de votre mobilier. Pour le
nettoyage nous conseillons un détergent
doux et de l’eau claire. En cas de rayures
importantes de la laque une réparation est
possible avec un stick de peinture.
ALUMINIUM
La principale qualité de ce matériau est sa
légèreté et sa résistance aux intempéries. La
protection du métal contre les UV est assurée
par une peinture en poudre qui lui assure
une très bonne résistance à la corrosion. Pas
de problème d’entretien. Une éponge avec de
l’eau savonneuse suffit. Ne jamais employer
de produits abrasifs.
Tous les modèles LONG BEACH ont une
surface lisse blanche ou grise. Pour SUMMER
LOUNGE, la surface est très légèrement
grainée en blanc ou en taupe.
STEEL
For the frames of our collections LOUISIANA
and NEW CLASSIC we use low-carbon steel
type ST37. With LOUISIANA the zinc-coated
frames are refined with a multi-layer lacquer
coat in black. With NEW CLASSIC the surface
has a taupe-grey powder-coat finish. This
coating is silky matt and has a pleasant finegrained
finish. With just a bit of care scratches
in the lacquer can be avoided thereby
extending the life and beauty of the furniture
considerably. For cleaning we recommend
water with an all-round care product. Deep
scratches in the lacquer should, however,
be repaired upon detection by use of a
touch-up stick.
ALUMINIUM
Apart from constructive advantages this
material convinces primarily by its relatively
little weight and its weathering resistance.
By UV-proof powder lacquers applied in the
powder-coating process aluminium becomes
very corrosion-resistant. The care is quite
unproblematic and best done with a neutral
soap sud and a sponge, no abrasive products
or tools please!
All of the LONG BEACH models have smooth
surfaces in white or grey. With SUMMER
LOUNGE the surfaces are smoothly
fine-grained in matt-white or taupe-grey.

Die Sitz- und Rückenbespannungen für
Modelle unserer Collectionen OCEAN CLUB,
ROXY und LONG BEACH werden aus einem
Polyestergewebe gefertigt. Dieses Gewebe
ist sehr formbeständig, reißfest, UV-beständig,
lichtecht und pilzresistent. Dank seiner
speziellen Gewebestruktur trocknet dieses
Material sehr rasch ab.
Normaler Schmutz ist sehr leicht mit Seifenwasser
zu entfernen. Für stärkere Flecken

Les assises et les dossiers de nos collections
OCEAN CLUB, ROXY et LONG BEACH sont en
maille polyester. Ce matériau résiste à la
déformation, est indéchirable, résistant aux
UV, anti fongique et grand teint. Sa structure
lui permet de sécher très rapidement.
Pour un entretien normal, utilisez de l’eau
savonneuse et une éponge. Pour les tâches
résistantes nous conseillons un nettoyant
vinyl. Ne jamais utiliser des produits
contenant de l’acide. Les taches d’huile
doivent être enlevées immédiatement.
Merci de noter que seule la chaise LONG BEACH
18-228 E est disponible en brun argent et
que seuls les modèles ROXY sont disponibles
en blanc et gris argent. Tous les autres
modèles sont disponibles dans les coloris
standards blanc ou gris.
MESH / BATYLINE ®
The seating surface and backrest coverings for
models of our collections OCEAN CLUB, ROXY
and LONG BEACH are manufactured from a
polyester fabric. This fabric holds its shape
very well, is tear-resistant, UV-proof, lightfast
and fungus-resistant. Due to its special fabric
structure this material dries down rapidly.
Normal dirt can be removed quite easily with
simple soap water. For harder stains we
recommend the use of a customary vinyl
cleaner. Please, avoid any contact with acidcontaining
products. Oils, too, can cause
lasting stains if given sufficient dwell time.
Please note that only the LONG BEACH chair
18-228 E is deliverable with the covering in
brown-silver and that only the ROXY models
are deliverable in off-white and silver-grey,
respectively. All other models are available in
the standard colors white or grey.

NANO-BEZUGSSTOFF
Unser Beszugsstoff B67 entstammt der
„Special Line“ NEPTUN Nano Collection. Diese
Zusammensetzung aus PVC und 2 % Nano
Hightech-Compound ist ideal in Design und
Funktion. Das außergewöhnliche Material, das
sich speziell für Outdoor-Polsterungen sowie
Ausstattungen auf Yachten und in Wellness-
Bereichen anbietet, ist öl-, salzwasser- und
UV-beständig, schwer entflammbar, hoch abriebfest,
äußerst witterungsstabil und durch
die neuartige Oberflächenstruktur „Nanoprofile“
schmutzabweisend, auch desinfektionsmittel-
und chlorwasserbeständig sowie
dehn- und reißfest.
Bedenken Sie jedoch, dass bei der Standardverarbeitung
der Polsterungen durch die Nähte
Wasser in die Kissen eindringen kann. Hier
haben wir für die Gastronomie (auf Anfrage)
eine Methode entwickelt, den Schaumkern
der Kissen und Polster, die mit Nano-Stoff
bezogen sind, wasserdicht zu halten. Das
Ergebnis ist, dass die Kissen nicht bei jedem
Regenguss ins Trockene gerettet werden
müssen. Nach einem kurzen Abwischen der
Oberfläche kann das Kissen wieder benutzt
werden. Abziehen und Waschen entfällt.
Für die Reinigung verwendet man eine milde
Seifenlauge. Benutzen Sie jedoch keine
Lösungsmittel, Chloride, Polier-, Wachspolieroder
chemische Reinigungsmittel.
Abfärbungen durch andere Textilien sind von
der Herstellergarantie ausgenommen.
TISSU NANO
Le revêtement B67 vient de la gamme
spéciale de la collection NEPTUNE Nano. Ce
produit à base de PVC et de 2 % de composant
high tech Nano est idéal pour une utilisation
à l’extérieur. Ce matériau d’exception est
utilisable à l’extérieur pour des meubles
rembourrés et pour les bateaux. Il résiste à
l’huile et à l’atmosphère saline. Il résiste aussi
aux UV, est difficilement inflammable, très
résistant à l’abrasion et aux intempéries et
grâce à sa structure en surface « Nanoprofile »
il est résistant à la salissure. Il est aussi
résistant au chlore et aux désinfectants.
Indéchirable et infroissable.
Pour éviter que l’eau pénètre dans les trous
des piqûres de la couture dans le cas de la
confection standard des coussins, nous
avons développé pour l’hôtellerie et la gastronomie
(uniquement sur demande du client)
un système qui protège la mousse à l’intérieur
des coussins revêtus de tissu Nano. Ainsi nul
besoin de se précipiter pour ranger les
coussins lorsqu’une averse s’annonce. Après
la pluie un simple coup de chiffon suffit. Pas
besoin de déhousser et de de nettoyer.
Ne nécessite pas d’entretien particulier si ce
n’est une éponge et de l’eau savonneuse. Ne
pas utiliser de solvants, de polish, de cire ou
de produits chimiques pour l’entretien. Les
tâches de décoloration causées par d’autres
textiles ne sont pas garanties par le fabricant.
NANO COVER FABRIC
Our cover fabric B67 originates from the
”Special Line” NEPTUNE Nano collection. This
composition of PVC and 2 % Nano high-tech
compound is ideal in both design and
function. This extraordinary material, which
lends itself to outdoor upholsteries as well
as furnishings on yachts and in wellness
areas, is oil- and saltwater-resistant as well
as UV-proof, hardly inflammable, highly
resistant to abrasion, extremely weatheringresistant
and due to a novel surface structure
”Nano Profile” dirt-repellent, also resistant to
disinfectants and chloride water as well as
stretch- and tear-proof.
You ought to consider, however, that every
needle stitch in the standard processing of
the upholstery perforates the material sewn
allowing water to penetrate and wet the
cushions. To resolve this problem we have
developed a method for the gastronomy (per
request) for keeping the foam cores of the
cushions and upholstery covered with Nano
fabric watertight. As the result of this one does
not have to race outside to bring the cushions
inside every time it looks like it’s going to
rain. After a quick wipe of the surface the
cushions can be used again. Stripping and
washing is not required.
For cleaning a mild soap sud is recommended.
Please, do in no case use solvents, chlorides,
polish, wax polish or chemical cleaning
products. Stains caused by other textiles are
exempt from the manufacturer’s warranty.

MATERIAL UND PFLEGE MATÉRIAUX ET ENTRETIEN MATERIALS AND CARE
TEAK
Hochwertiges Teakholz (tectona grandis) hat
eine extreme Dichte und einen sehr hohen
natürlichen Öl- und Kautschukgehalt. Das
Holz ist daher beinahe unverrottbar und eignet
sich deshalb wie kein anderer natürlicher
Werkstoff für die Herstellung von Gartenmöbeln.
Besonders geschätzt ist der geringe
Schrumpfverlust sowie sein hohes Stehvermögen.
Eine ökologisch sinnvolle Verwertung
der Holzbestände und umfangreiche Nachpflanzungen
werden durch die indonesische
staatliche Forstwirtschaftsbehörde gewährleistet.
Ökologisch vertretbar sind Produkte
auch dann, wenn sie hochwertig verarbeitet
auf einen Langzeitnutzen ausgelegt sind.
Alle unsere Teakholzmöbel und -teile sind
unbehandelt. Zur Eigenschaft des Holzes
gehört, dass sich im Freien relativ schnell eine
silbergraue Patina bildet. Dies beeinträchtigt
die Qualität des Holzes nicht.
Nach jedem Winter sollten Teakholzmöbel jedoch
mit einem milden Allround-Reiniger oder
einem speziellen Teakcleaner und Schwamm
oder Bürste gereinigt und evtl. auftretende
rauhe, körnige Oberflächen sanft mit
Schmirgelpapier geglättet werden. Danach
können Sie das Holz mit Teaköl oder Teakprotector
behandeln. Teaköl verleiht dem Holz
wieder seinen ursprünglichen honigbraunen
Farbton. Der Vorteil eines Teakprotectors ist
seine drei- bis viermal höhere Langzeitschutzwirkung.
Teakprotector ist umweltfreundlich
auf Wasserbasis, fettet nicht,
lässt sich schnell und einfach anwenden. Er
wehrt Schimmelpilzbefall ab und schützt vor
schwarzen Flecken auf dem Holz.
LE TECK
Le teck de qualité (tectona grandis) est très
dense et renferme une quantité importante
d’huile. Il est ainsi pratiquement imputrescible
et donc particulièrement adapté à la fabrication
de meubles d’extérieur. Une exploitation
écologiquement responsable des arbres par
les autorités nationales d’Indonésie assure
la pérennité des exploitations. La démarche
écologique est également menée au travers
de produits conçus pour durer dans le temps
grâce à un savoir faire exemplaire.
Nos meubles en teck ne sont pas traités. Dans
le temps ils acquièrent une patine gris argent
qui est une des caractéristiques du teck de
qualité. En aucun cas ceci doit être considéré
comme un défaut du bois.
Cependant, après chaque hiver il est
recommandé de nettoyer les meubles avec
un produit spécial teck en utilisant soit une
éponge, soit une brosse et en ponçant
légèrement la surface là où c’est nécessaire.
Ensuite vous pouvez traiter le bois avec une
huile de teck ou un produit de protection.
L’huile de teck redonne au bois sa couleur
miel foncé. Un produit de protection assurera
une protection trois ou quatre fois plus longue.
Ce produit aqueux est écologique, non gras
et son application est facile et rapide.
Il empêche l’apparition des champignons et
protège aussi contre les tâches noires.
TEAKWOOD
High-quality teakwood (tectona grandis)
possesses an extreme density and a very
high natural oil and rubber content. Thus, the
wood is nearly rot proof and its suitability for
the production of garden furniture is, therefore,
second to no other natural material.
Particularly valued is its low shrinkage rate
as well as its high dimensional stability.
An ecologically reasonable exploitation of the
timber stocks and extensive afforestation
measures are ensured by the Indonesian
State Authorities of Forestry. Products are
furthermore ecologically justifiable if they
are designed for a long-run benefit by highquality
workmanship.
All of our furniture and parts made from teakwood
are untreated. It is part of the
characteristics of this material that a silvergrey
patina develops outdoors relatively fast.
This constitutes no impairment of the quality
of the wood in any way.
However, after each winter teakwood furniture
should be treated by cleaning with a mild allround
cleaner or a special teak cleaner using
either a sponge or brush and by sanding
rough and grainy surfaces gently down where
necessary. After that you may treat the wood
with teak oil or a teak protector. Teak oil gives
the wood its original honey-brown shade
again. The advantage of a teak protector lies
in its three to four times higher long-run
effect. A teak protector, being water-based, is
eco-friendly, non-greasing and its application
is easy and quick. It is a mildew-infestation
repellant and protects against black spots on
the surface of the wood as well.

GFK / GLASFASERVERSTÄRKTER KUNSTSTOFF
GFK ist ein sehr hochwertiger Faser-Kunststoff-Verbund,
der häufig im Bootsbau zum
Einsatz kommt. Der Vorteil liegt in der hohen
Bruchdehnung und der eleastischen Energieaufnahme.
Bei PLATFORM ist die weiß eingefärbte
harte Schale mit dem hochstabilen
Schaumkern sehr korrosionsfest. Fiberglas
ist mit handelsüblichen Mitteln (Spülmittel,
Glasreiniger, Autoshampoo oder GFK-Reiniger
für Yachten) leicht zu pflegen, verwenden
Sie jedoch keine scheuernden Pflegemittel.
GLASPLATTEN
Wir verwenden ausschließlich ESG-Sicherheitsglasplatten.
Bei den Tischplatten der
Collectionen ROXY, OCEAN CLUB und teilweise
LONG BEACH sowie bei unseren OCALA-Tischen
sind die Oberseiten geätzt. Die Unterseiten
werden weiß bzw. taupe siebbedruckt. Für
LONG BEACH, OCALA und ST. MANDRIER haben
wir Glasplatten mit Sandstrahleffekt im
Programm. Alle übrigen Glasplatten, die z. B.
auf geflochtenen Tischflächen aufliegen, sind
aus Kristallklarglas. Um das Verrutschen der
Glasplatten auf Geflechtflächen zu vermeiden,
werden diese Tische mit kleinen Distanzpuffern
mit Saugknöpfen geliefert.
GFK / FIBRE DE VERRE
La fibre de verre est un matériau particulièrement
performant qui est souvent utilisé dans
la fabrication des bateaux. Il possède une
forte résistance à l’élongation et une grande
capacité à absorber l’énergie élastique. Pour
le salon PLATFORM, la coque colorée en blanc
et la mousse intérieure sont très résistantes
à la corrosion. La fibre de verre est très facile
à entretenir avec les produits du commerce
(savon, liquide pour vitres, shampoing
voiture ou nettoyant spécial GFK). Ne jamais
utiliser de produit abrasif.
PLATEAUX EN VERRE
Nous employons uniquement du verre de
sécurité ESG. Les plateaux de table des
collections ROXY, OCEAN CLUB et en partie
LONG BEACH et OCALA sont satinées à l’acide
sur la face supérieure. La face inférieure est
laquée par sérigraphie en blanc ou en taupe.
Pour les gammes LONG BEACH, OCALA et
ST. MANDRIER, les plateaux ont un aspect
sablé. Pour les autres plateaux, par exemple
des surfaces de tables tressées, nous utilisons
du verre de sécurité transparent. Pour
éviter que les plateaux en verre glissent sur
les surfaces tressées ceux-ci sont livrés avec
de petites ventouses assurant leur fixation.
GFK / FIBERGLASS
Fiberglass is a particularly valuable fibersynthetic-composite
which is frequently used
in boat building. Its advantage lies in the high
breaking elongation and the elastic energy
absorption. In PLATFORM the hard shell
pigmented white with the high-tensile foam
core is very noncorrosive. Fiberglass is easy
to clean and care with customary products
(dish soap, glass cleaner, car shampoo or GFK
cleaner for yachts), however, by no means
should any abrasive care products be used.
GLASS PLATES
At RAUSCH CLASSICS we are using ESG safety
glass plates exclusively. With respect to the
table tops of the collections ROXY, OCEAN
CLUB und partly LONG BEACH as well as our
OCALA tables the top sides are etched. The
undersides are silk-screened in white and
taupe, respectively. For LONG BEACH, OCALA
and ST. MANDRIER we have glass plates with
sandblast effect in our program. All other
glass plates which rest for example on wicker
table surfaces are made from crystal clear
glass. In order to prevent any shifting of the
glass plates on wicker surfaces these tables
are delivered with little distance buffers
having suction knobs.
