Dear Model,
Welcome to our Private 1on1 System. Once you start working with InterClimax, you are on your
way to becoming one of the best WebCam Host on the Internet!
Being a Webcam Host is not for everyone. You need certain skills and talents, which we will
explain to you within this guide.
To earn a good living, it is important you will read this guide completely. Take your time to learn
and ask questions to your Studio or Crew leader about our rules and conditions if you are not sure.

How you login into the chat on your. (Here is where it all starts…)
After typing the URL (Internet website address), which will be given to you by your contact person,
you will see following screen:
When you start your shift, you must fill in your model name and click on:
“Click here to log In”
In this example we used the modelname : SysoX but normally this is Betty, Belinda or what ever
Modelname has been given to you or created with you.
On the next pages: We will describe step by step what pops up after typing your model name. In
this screen there is no more to explore except how to log into the Private System.

First of all tag (V) one or more languages (if you speak them for real of course). You can tag a
maximum of 4 languages.
On the websites, your chosen languages will be displayed via flags representing your chosen
languages. This makes it easier for the members to find and to select Models who speak the same
language. Please note that the English language is mandatory in member and nude chat. English is
the most spoken language and allows a higher amount of members to follow the conversation.
Secondly check the actions you will perform. (Toys are by default on YES)
Please note, if you check these actions you need to perform them because this is displayed and
advertised on the website to all members. For Example, if you don’t do “Watersports” then don’t
tag it please. Members do look for certain acts and they will file complaints if they discover that you
do not do the act that you advertise.
Further more on this page you have only 2 buttons left:

Normally, when you start your shift you start with the MEMBER AND PRIVATE CHAT. In this
chat you will have the public conversation and the conversation should be so that you have as much
members in your chat as possible. (More chances to give you private sessions of course).

Newsflash:
It is appreciated that before you enter the 1on1 system, always click on “Newsflash.” This is a
“popup” which we show here’s a print screen from it.

Flags:
When you click on the flags, you can change the language of the pages to “your native language.”
You can also fill in data in your own language which we will translate this later for you. Of course,
when your English is good enough, please fill in all the English text, this saves translations.
Pricing: (Click here to change your private/gang price)
In the “Newsflash” you will find your “SET PRICE” both for Private and Nude performances. The
members will see this in their own currency. The “PER MINUTE” price can be set by yourself. The
minimum per minute price is from $ 0.99 up to $ 6.99. The nude price is attached in this so called
pricing profile. Of course, as a Webcam Host, you may set your own price. You can do this in the
newsflash by hitting the “Change your price button”. You will find out soon enough how it affects
your “money making”.
Your Earnings: (Click here $$$ Your recent transactions $$$)
Here you can see your earnings but only the earnings you made in this particular shift. If you find
you want to see a complete overview and also selectable timeframes, you can see this from the
Newsflash and also after every “end session” a popup will appear in pink. See the “Check your
earnings” page later on.

Your Homepage: (Click here Change your HomePage info !)
Here you can describe and change a lot about yourself. Please fill it in with care! You will be
prompted every 2 weeks to change your homepage info so as to keep your profile up-to-date.
Please note that all of these items are displayed on the websites and members will look at this all the
time. For example, if you don’t love Chinese food than don’t put it in. The member can ask you for
it. We have filled in some default text already but you can just overwrite that of course.
You can also change your password to log into the Private 1on1 system here.
Keep in mind that your real name is NOT displayed on the websites.

Your online schedule: (Click here Change your ONLINE schedule)
There is no better way to promote yourself than by letting your members know when you are online.
If possible, plan your working times far ahead and take care that your schedule is up-to-date. If you
forget to fill your schedule and you are going online, the system will prompt you to fill in your
schedule. This is because the system knows your schedule is not correct.
Keep in mind that your schedule is displayed on the websites pages for the members to see.
Normally a shift from a webcam host is 8 hours so the system needs at least an 8 hour shift.
Easysender:
Every webcam host will receive her own email address where she can send and receive e-mails to
modelname.mail@eaysender.com
This is done automatically when creating a new modelname.
The default password (subject to change of course) = 5kaas4over1 the model needs to change the
password the first time she logs into Easysender.com and replace it her own secret password. This
same Password is used for you to check your own earnings online.
It is important to understand that the best Webcam Hosts email a lot with their members. It is about
getting to know the customer and building online relationships (virtual of course) with them. In this
way they feel and stay attracted to you. Emailing your members is a great marketing tool, use it.

If you have lost your www.easysender.com password, you can fill in your personal email address
and get your email passwords sent to you. In Easysender itself, you can even fill in some secret
questions so even when guessing, it makes it difficult for others to find out your username and
password.
From the newsflash “Pop-up” you are able to access your Easysender emails immediately without
typing in the URL. From here it shows you when you any new emails.
Note: For security and marketing reasons, never use your private email address to communicate
with the members. Always use your modelname.mail@easysender.com email address.
Shop:
On www.camsthome.com and all other related websites, customers can buy you a present from our
online shop. We use the Newsflash Pop UP to inform you if there are shop orders pending. If you do
not receive the shop order within 7 days, contact your Studio or Crewleader to find out what is the
status of the delayed item(s).
Once you have received your present, you will be prompted to send a “Thank you message” to the
member directly from your console. A notification is also sent to the InterClimax shop and support
department where they will set your order to “after sales completed”. (The circle is closed)
Kicking/Muting etc.
If members are abusive or creating problems in the chat, we have given you a menu with
possibilities to remove these members. Please use this with care as we would prefer you do not use
it at all. If you `’right click`’ with your mouse on a members name (username), you will have a little
menu where you have following options:
With the next step, click the “Newsflash popup” away
The whisper option will be grayed out.
This is not used. The Whois, Ignore,
Mute Kick and Srvkick will be in most
cases available to you.
You can mute and ignore a member.
Normally this gives you enough peace.
When you kick the member he will be
kicked off the chat for a certain amount
of minutes. And after this time come
back to chat.
When you Serverkick the member, he
will not be able to chat anymore. This
feature can only be unblocked by
Customer Services. Please only use this
in emergency cases.

From the moment you click the MEMBER and PRIVATE CHAT:
You are now LIVE and ONLINE on the website. This will immediately stream your video and
audio to the website for members to visit your room – Get ready!
The screen clearly indicates that you are in Member Chat so you can chat away and tease the
customers to take you private. Of course, NEVER ask them to take you into a private session: it can
seem greedy to the members and can scare them off.
If your movements and chatting are good, you will see they will take you private soon enough.
At the top of the chat screen, there are 3 links:
End Session: If you want to end your shift for whatever reason, you have to click this button. It will
bring you back to the login screen. Please, if you need to go for a break or toilet or whatever always
end session first. There is nothing more annoying for a customer than to enter an empty chat room.
He comes to see you not your empty bed or couch.

Reload page: If the video picture looks strange or other strange things occur, the best thing to do is
try to click the RELOAD button first. If there are no members in your room, there is NO need to
click this button. There must be another reason. Only use this button in case of difficulties.
Your Earnings: Here you can see your earnings but only the earnings you made in this particular
shift. If you find you want to see a complete overview and also selectable timeframes, you can see
this from the Newsflash and also after every “end session” a popup will appear in pink. See the
“Check your earnings” page later on.
Chat colors from usernames: Members can enter into the chat in different colors.
Brown:
This is a regular member with no special privileges.
Aqua:
This is a heavy user. A person who needs your special attention and usually spends a lot of money
on his favorite models. Be careful not to concentrate only on heavy users as you WILL miss out on
Private sessions from regular users.
You will find the brown and the aqua members in Member, Private and Nude/Gang chat.
A “Free” member cannot chat but only view the chat. Keep in mind they are
potential customers. It’s good to also speak to the white members even with the knowledge that they
cannot type back to you. When they become a member, they will remember the models that spoke
to them and often visit your chat directly. Now you have a new customer!
You will find this member only in the member (public) chat.
Green: This is also a free member but he entered his email address and can chat for 24 hours.
Please keep in mind this is one of your potential customers and he has only 24 hours to become a
real member.
The purple members are members who can chat and see you via their mobile phone.
There are also Guests and Exit members. They come from our marketing programs including our
Voyeur House and also from exit consoles. (A popup screen launched when somebody leaves the
website). These are your potential customers however, they can’t chat.
Please note: We have different payment methods for our customers. Sometimes this affects
usernames also.
What happens the moment is there a member takes you in a PRIVATE session?:

At the bottom you will see "Private session active" with his Username and the money that he has in
his virtual wallet. Please do not pay TO MUCH attention to the amount of money shown. A
customer can always buy more Virtual Wallet money and come back to you to continue or make a
new Private Session.
We have supplied an option to “Quickbuy” money when the member is having a Private session
with you. Sometimes, a member will visit your chat with 2 dollars. Let him spend this minute with
you in private and be nice to him. He might come back a couple of minutes or days later because he
remembers your kindness and give you a longer Private Session.
Sometimes you will see the word “PREBUY” active in the bottom screen. Prebuys are discount
minutes which the member can buy but ONLY spend with you. Please note: If you are offline
longer than 10 days, the Prebuy minutes will be refunded back into his virtual wallet by the system.
This is so he can spend it again with you or with other models who are online when you are not. The
customer can buy both NUDE and Private Prebuys minutes only to spend with you in the NUDE /
Private chat.
Of course, the best thing to do is let the member spend all of his Prebuy minutes with you in one
time. When the Private Session has ended, the system will take you offline for a minute to give you
the chance to get dressed again and will take you back to the member chat.

Nudechat:
When you hit the “Nude Chat One to Many” button you will see following screen:
When you are in Nude chat (also often called Gang chat) you need to be naked at all times. Never
leave the room as once members come in they are paying for every minute whilst in your room.
Please keep in mind that when you switch from member to private chat, you need to wait 2 minutes
(you will have a message which counts the minutes down…) This has been build into the system to
give the members in member chat the opportunity to log off so that they will not enter the nude chat
by accident and get billed.
In the Nude Chat you can have a lot of members, the more the better. As you probably have noticed,
when you made your own private session pricing, your price per minute is lower. This allows you to
have more members in your chat and when you give them a show (DO NOT FORGET YOUR
TOYS PLEASE), keep in mind that there is no point to enter into Nudechat with only one member.
If after a while there is still only one member, this means you are giving him a private session for
less than half the price! You should have a minimum of 3 members in this chat as less member’s
will affects your earnings of course. Again, sometimes you will see the word PREBUY active in the
bottom screen.

Prebuys are Discount minutes, which members can buy ONLY to spend on you. Please note: if you
are offline longer than 10 days what’s left from the Prebuy minutes will be refunded into his virtual
wallet by the system. He can spend it again with you or with other models who are online when you
are not. The customer can buy NUDE Prebuys (only to spend with you in the NUDE chat) but also
Private prebuy minutes. (Only to spend with you in Private chat.)
Tips:
When a customer gives a tip, the Model will see a popup. This will show the amount of the TIP and
what tip performance is expected.
You must click on "accept" and then perform the requested tip (for instance show tits). If you don't
click "accept" you will not receive the tip! Also support crew will receive a notice by email.
Denying tips is not polite! There are almost no reasons thinkable to decline a TIP however; you do
have the option to do so.
For more expensive or sensitive TIPS like show your boobs there is also a time limit given for
example, a minimum of 30 to maximum 60 seconds. So you know exactly what you need to do.

What TIPS can you get?
Thank You TIP, Regular TIP (No show) Say my name (say the username from the one who is

Please note that according to the market situation some tips gets removed and new tips will be
added however, they will always display for you as showed above.
SMS Chat:
In all chatscreens, Member, Private and Nudechats, you see a button flashing in the bottom screen -
“Waiting for SMS” The customers can send SMS messages to your chat screen via their mobile
phones. When a member clicks this button, he gets a very easy description to fill in his phone
number and what to do to send an SMS to you.
Once an SMS is received by your PC, a tiny chat screen will appear:
You can now type a short message back, it’s that simple. You get paid for every answer you give to
the member. No “One word” answers please, make the member feel that you are communicating.
The more SMS ‘s you reply to, the more $ finally comes to you.
When you do NOT reply within 6 Minutes (and this is a very long time, even when you are doing a
show) you will have the same message back after a while until a response on the message is sent.
When you are OFF LINE for more than 5 days, any messages will be replied by our Operator.
Please respond instantly on every SMS send to you. The member can use this to make a little
appointment with you when he wants a private with you or use it as a secret whisper function. You
are the only one who can see this secret chat.
The history will be always displayed so you can not make mistakes with confusing with different
members…so just do not let any one know just type him a quick message back.
Sometimes you won’t see a member name but “unknown”. This is because you do not need to be a
member to send an SMS to the model. Even better with this you can make him a member. What a
few little nice words can do!

Check your earnings online.
As well as from the Newsflash or directly during your sessions, you can check every second and
every private or nude session you have made. InterClimax has a straight forward policy to you, you
will even see what the company on costs are. A little explanation you will find hereunder: Your
contact person can explain all to you in detail.
You need to fill in your Easysender email password once this screens pops up. So once you used
your email address via www.easysender.com, you can change the default password (5kaas4over1)
into your own secret password. You need to use this to check your earnings from the newsflash
popup. Please note: Only from the newsflash popup you can select also dates.
You can select different dates to see if you made progress and to see what you earned before.
What’s listed as “YOU” is the amount you should receive at the agreed period.

Private Minutes
Here you can see how much the model has earned with private sessions.

Pre-buy
Pre-buy money is money that the customer has bought with a discount.
This is money is taken out of the customers virtual wallet and put in his pre-buy wallet as minutes.
The customer can ONLY use it for that specific model.
The model/studio will receive the amount that was bought as a payout, however if a customer does
not use all his minutes these minutes will be refunded back in his virtual wallet each week.
Please note that it can happen that a model/studio has money refunded however she has already
received the money and the customer did not use it so we had to give it back.
This will ONLY happen if the Model has NOT worked for longer than 5 days!!
Tip
These are the tips the model has received.
0900 Login
Members who did perform a 0900 phone signup or load their virtual wallets with the telephone pay
$0.50 per chat session. So they also pay in member chat once per login
Phone LC
This is what the model has earned with the phone calls she has received.
Dialer minutes
If people use the dialer to come on the website they pay as long as they are online.
InterClimax doesn’t use dialers very much.
Phone2enter
People can use the phone to enter option. This is like the dialer they need to call a special number
and as long they leave the hook of the phone they are charged
SMS Chat
Every model can receive SMS’s in her chatscreen. This is a separate chat. Payments here are
depending on the Telecom provider the members is using to send the SMS
Camera Control
The member can steer the camera from the model in the chat. In member chat when they take
control of the camera, they have to pay. The camera can only be controlled from within Normal
member chat and A Private session. It is not possible to use the camera control in Nude/ Gangchat.
The member pays $1.00 per minute to control the camera.
Camera control is not active in the Private 1on1 chat software. This is because you will use your
own remote control when you are working @home.
Private archive
When a model is offline for more than 5 days, her Private Archives becomes available. The member
can go to the Off-line Models section of the website and the member can buy back his private
session as a movie. The movie will be stored in his “My Camsathome” section and he can watch his
private session including audio and chatlog. He will only have audio and chatlog if it was his own
private session. This is for privacy reasons.

Private Shop
This option is NOT active and only used for special projects.
Gross Sales
This is the total amount (Minutes, Pre-buy, Tip, Phone LC etc.) together.
IP
IP is the calculation of the cost for webmasters. Webmasters are brokers who send us traffic and
have a payout. (Please look at www.camscash.com or Amsterdamcash.com or Interclimax.com)
Back Refunds
This is a percentage of the Refunds and charge backs that we have received of the previous period.
A refund is money that we or the billing company have credited back to a customers credit card.
Reasons can be that the member was not satisfied with the service. It can also be fraud recognised
by our Customer Services department and will process this transaction as a refund to avoid a Charge
Back from the credit card companies
A charge back is money that we have to give back to the credit card company.
The owner of the Credit card has to request this in writing to the Credit Card company.
In a lot of cases the creditcard was possibly stolen
Note: Percentages can change each month!! The billing companies will chance their billing fees
once in a while. We will always keep you posted in case of any changes.
PR Fee
This is the processing fee that we have to pay to the billing companies for billing the credit cards for
us. And the 0900 and the direct debit and all other payment options we offer our customers.
Please Note: As Interclimax does add payment options in different countries, it’s possible you see
sometimes a new description or a new statement. Also sometimes we do take away payment options
or features. Of course with every update of the welcome pack we will update the above list also.

1.0 How to behave in Free chat?
We set rules and guidelines to create the best working environment for all Webcam Hosts to make
money.
Please, take the rules seriously; they are there for a reason. InterClimax will remove all Webcam
Hosts who are not respecting the rules.
FREE CHAT RULES & GUIDELINES
Models are not allowed to do the following in FREE / MEMBER CHAT:
• Do NOT show nudity or give free shows – unless you have been tipped!
• Do NOT eat when you are online!
• Do NOT use your private mobile phone!
• Do NOT wear sunglasses
• NO voices in the background
• NEVER act or dress to create the impression you’re underage (18 years or younger).
• NEVER wear jeans or tracksuits and trainers.
• DO not GOSSIP or tell Members anything about other Models.
• NEVER talk about your earnings or salary.
• No chewing Gum
• You ARE allowed to show your toys in free chat but NO insertions unless you have been
tipped!
• You are allowed to use toys in mouth.
1on1 / GANG CHAT RULES & GUIDELINES
Models are not allowed the following in Gangchat CHAT:
• When logging into NUDE/GANG CHAT, the Model will always be totally nude and will
remain nude until they log out of this chat.
• At NO time shall the Model leave the room whilst in GANG/NUDE CHAT! This is a “Per
minute” paid chat therefore the model will be on cam at all times.
• Do NOT eat when you are online!
• Do Not leave your room while in Gang Chat
• Do NOT use your private mobile phone!
• Do NOT wear sunglasses.
• NO voices in the background.
• NEVER act or dress to create the impression you are underage.
• NEVER wear jeans or tracksuits and trainers.
• Do NOT drink unless the member requests.
• DO not GOSSIP or tell Members anything about other Models.
• NEVER talk about your earnings or salary.
• No chewing Gum.

2.0 WEBCAM HOSTS ACCEPTING MONEY.
Any model found lying or cheating our customers and asking for money or even promise to give a
better “show” in exchange for money via Western Union/ cheques, etc. will be removed from our
network forever – This is final.
Our office staff will regularly test ALL Models to see if they are willing to accept money from
outside our network.
It is totally unacceptable for Models to beg, lie and cheat our customers into sending money.
UNNACEPTABLE WEBCAM HOST BEHAVIOUR.
1. Any model found to promise or meet members/customers in person or contact via any
other communication like hotmail, msn or yahoo will be removed from our network
immediately. This is for safety of all Models and the reputation of the company.
We have our own email service called Easysender for all models to use for communicate with
members. That is the only allowed e-mail service for member contact.
Any of the behaviors listed below are considered degrading and not allowed behavior. Models are
expected to represent our company and treat all our customers with respect.
Webcam host will be removed immediately and fined; there are no 2 nd chances!
• False promises to meet a member face to face whether working at a studio or not. You are
NOT to meet members at ANY time!
• Faking diseases like cancer or any other horrible situation.
• Using family, children or illness to get sympathy from the customer.
A good model behaves like a Lady. When you work within any other business, you also do not
share your family illnesses with the customers!
When a member enters a Private or Nudechat, it is NOT allowed to ask the member to buy more
minutes or to tell him that he has not enough money. It is not polite. Perform as you would
normally. If the money is gone and the show ends, the member will know and will make the
decision to buy more.

3 Helpful Suggestions That Work
Always remember that you are giving a theatrical performance for the benefit of the
person(s) who is watching you online, therefore:
~ Always smile ☺ and try to laugh often. Looking directly into the camera is also very good
for more personal contact.
~ Move often when in front of the camera. Your homepage has a gallery of pictures, which are
taken every 5 minutes you are online. Members will check these pictures to see how you are
performing. If they see you in the same position, not smiling and looking bored. The
member WILL go somewhere else.
~ Do not ignore the GUESTS and EXITS in your chat! They cannot talk however you can
talk to them. They are prospective members that can join you if you treat them nice.
~ Make sure you are always “featuring” something in the camera frame, EG toys, different
costumes you could wear.
~ If you have to do anything that is not sexy, try to do it outside the camera frame so the
members cannot see.
~ Always find a way to say yes to every request, be inventive and creative when you are
teasing the customers.
~ Earn the 1on1 or tip before you ask for it.
~ Keep all your toys handy, cleaned, and polished, etc… and ready to go at the start of every
show.
~ Answer all requests right away. Customers want to make sure models won’t waste their time
in private.
~ Use the customer’s nickname often, especially when you ask them questions so they know
you are talking directly to them.
~ Spread your attention around the members in the chat. Make every customer want to take
you away from the other people in the chat room.
~ If you must eat, make it part of your act. Play with your food. Make it fun and sexy.
~ Blowing kisses might be the key to getting more Private time.
~ Make sure to let customers know when you are scheduled for your next couple of shifts.
~ Remind your members that they can submit their email address to your homepage and be
notified when you are online automatically. This is a good marketing tool for you.
~ Understand what the member sees on his screen when ion chat so you can guide him to what
buttons to press for example, where the “Go Private” buttons are located. You want to be
able to tell them how to do things like take you into a 1on1 or how to you tip you, right?
~ Have fingers and toenails painted and sexy, not bitten, as they do not look good for the
close-up shoots.
~ Try to change outfits during your shift. It created variety and members will enjoy you and
your picture archives more.
~ Learn to use the camera to your advantage. Move the camera regularly so your “last hour
archive” looks exciting and lively!

4. Master Your Room To Maximize Your Minutes
4.1 Frenzy - What is “Chat frenzy” and why is it good for your chat?
Frenzy is when members in your open room are going CrAzY to see you naked. When the
members Do certain acts, get to know you, asking for your websites and email address, typing in
“CAPS” to get your attention, etc. This takes patience because we are going to suggest that you
learn to drive Frenzy in your open room and at the same time ignore the Frenzy! This means, do
not be angry or upset when customers are asking to see you naked in the open room. Selling
shows is a numbers game. The more customers you will keep in the open room, the better
chance of a Private.
Keeping your customers in your room.
|Imagine your working room having two doors, one where customers enter and one where they
leave. Let’s talk about how to close the exit door. Holding interest will effectively close the exit
door and cause your customers to stay in your room. How do you hold their interest? It’s not so
hard if you are actively posing, showing off and talking with some erotic overtones. Remember,
our site is based on SEX, erotic themes and bringing the subject back to SEX and erotic themes
in subtle ways is critical to maintain customers in your chartroom.
Why “Frenzy” is good.
Good Frenzy is a lot of customers chatting at a fast, asking for everything possible. The more
excited they are the more you will sell. We suggest that the best way to control your room is to
let the comments fly, fast and furious. Do not attempt to control the customer’s styles or
whether or not they type in “CAPS” or lower case. You may have a brand new customer that
has no chat experience that has purchased 10, 20 or 30 minutes of time for a 1on1 show.
Annoying the new customer by telling them to drop their “CAPS” could cost you a long show
and a lot of minutes.
We like to see Frenzy driven in the following manner. Pose and include some occasional
flashes here and there. Keep the overall subject matter about SEX, after all that’s why the
customer is here. Ignore the demanding and begging comments totally, or better yet, encourage
them! Having customers all worked up, begging and demanding are a sign of how you are doing
on building Frenzy. Customers like to see you are popular. They also like to think of themselves
as your savior coming to your rescue, taking you away from all the madness. You want to drive
your customers crazy enough to forget their fears and sign up and purchase a 1on1 show.
The more Frenzy you drive; the more customers you affect. Let’s face it, at $3 to $6 per minute
of show time; we MUST get their brains out of their heads! Customers see their wives,
girlfriends, boyfriends, secretaries and co-workers sit and type or do bills or watch TV everyday,
give them a reason to stay in your room and escape their reality.
Always remember that you are a performer, an actor, and you should do everything possible to
give an inspired performance, with sexy and erotic overtones and suggestiveness. That is what
the viewer is looking for – an erotic experience. It is up to you to fulfill the viewer’s

expectations with your acting skills. This does not mean you must get undressed and start
playing the second you are in Private chat.
4.2 Chat Mixture
We think that 75% of your comments should be directed towards the room as a group. 25%
should be focused on individual attention. This is called Chat Mixture.
One of the best ways to control the customers is to not give too much individual attention.
Comments to the group as a whole convey a very subtle message, and that message is;
“If you want my individual attention, buy a 1on1 show to get it.”
We‘re not saying don’t chat with the open room customers, but we are saying less chat directed
at each individual person is a good thing. Acknowledging the new customer that just comes in
is very good. Even if his first comment is, “Show me your pussy/cock” you can let him know
you see him with a simple, tolerating reply like
“Heyyy, aren’t you going to say Hi first?”
At least they know you saw them and you’re not bringing the atmosphere down with negativity.
After that, continue talking to the group.
Use HUMOUR and a POSITIVE approach. NEVER use negative comments, as you will lose
members from your room! We like the style of talking to the group as a whole, with less emphasis
on individual chat because of the tone it sets.
4.3 Use Audio To Your Advantage
The audio feature will enhance your 1on1 shows 100%. There is nothing more erotic to your
customers than hearing you, their chosen model for a Private calling out their name as you both play
with yourselves to orgasm.
4.4 Getting regular customers.
With every single 1on1 show that you get, you should ask the user:
1. What their real name is?
2. Ask them where they are from with details.
3. Their email address in hope of exchanging pictures.
The closer you get and the more you know about someone, the harder they will fall for you. That is
how you gain loyal and exclusive customers. This makes the experience much more personable for
the viewer. People will feel a lot closer to you being able to hear your voice.
If you are new model and feel uncomfortable using audio, do not worry. Just like anything, it gets
better and easier the more you practice and gain experience as a performer. This is your show; you
are the star. They are paying for your individual attention; make it worth their money. If you run
out of things to say, moan and groan or sing. People love to hear someone demanding them to fuck
them harder over and over again. Name repetition is also good. It is a fact that the more you say
someone’s name; the more they will psychologically be attached to you.

4.5 Never Say No In Your Chat Room
This is so important and it takes creativity on your part to answer all questions with positive
responses. We know it sounds impossible to always say yes, so let us give some examples of how
to say “yes” to customers’ questions (even when your REAL answer is no.) Remember, the idea is
to get them in 1on1; you can worry about the details after they are in show.
A) Customer: “Do you do anal?” (Let’s assume here that you don‘t do anal)
Model: “Customer, I’m an anal virgin, will you go slow with me in a private show if I try for
you?”
B) Customer: “Do you escort?” or “Are you a prostitute
Model: “Customer, I have never tried it. I really like working as a Model as I do this for fun and

4.6 Hangers On
Hangers On are customers that fall in love with you and spend everyone waking moment in your
open room, but they NEVER buy a 1on1 show. How do you handle a Hanger on type person? A
lot of ways really. The first is to stay polite but not give too much attention. Give just enough
to keep them interested and coming back.
Time works wonders for Hangers On. They tend to be slow to decide on signing up on the site.
They have common fears about credit card security on the web, they may be on a limited
budget, and they may just not “believe” this is the real thing.” I’m sure you’ve heard all the
excuses from Hangers On types.
Here are a few different ways to handle these hard-to-sell customers:
a) Just be nice, don’t put too much attention on them and see if time works and they eventually
sign up and buy. This is tricky; because the more attention you give them the happier they are
not buying a 1on1 show.
b) After giving them some special attention to bolster their egos, try this little trick.
“Customer, want to play a game with me?” (They will always say yes) “Okay Customer, I’m
going to put you on a chat time out until you sign up and get a 1on1 show... ☺” Make sure they
see you giggling or use a smiley face. If you try this, you need HUMOR with it.
c) Tell them how sweet they are and you understand how difficult it is to sign up and buy a show.
Try to recruit them to help you sell your 1on1 shows. They’ll jump on this until they realise
there is nothing in it for them.
d) Work one Hanger On against another, jealousy works wonders.
4.6 Abusive Customers
No need to explain to you what an abusive customer is. You’ve seen all kinds of them in your
open room. This suggestion is radical and takes some amount of pride swallowing but it’s very
effective and you will ultimately win. Abusive customers are all looking for the same thing:
ATTENTION. They go for the negative attention, one reason they act like this is that they are so
good at getting what they want, negative attention.
What you have going for you though is the fact that all abusive customers are children at heart,
immature people that are easily controlled with some creative thinking. Try this once, it will
work 9 times out of 10. We know your first impulse is to kick them out, but try this formula.
A) Compliment their behavior and then ask a personal question.
For example:
(Him) Customer comes in your chat and types in all caps saying:
“SHOW ME PUSSY/COCK BITCH!”

(You) “Customers name, Oh my you are so demanding, I like that, where are you from?”
We can almost guarantee this will catch them off-guard. It is the VERY last thing they expected
to hear from you. The typical answer they give to this response is “I’m from Chicago, why?”
They are totally dumbfounded and you have just taken control. This is much easier than doing
what we call “Swatting a Hornet.” When you take the negative approach with them and bitch
them out and kick them out of your open room, they come back being more of a problem and
even more annoying. It’s a lot more fun to control these types than making a fight with them.
As a performer, you should always try to use your talent and ability to convert a hostile or rude
viewer into potential customer who is just dying to see you in a 1on1 show just for him.

4.7 Acting Verses Modeling
We have people constantly monitoring the open room. We have seen many Webcam Hosts
complaining to their customers about how slow it is or how cheap they are. Some even sit there
looking bored and sad. Who in their right mind is going to spend $5 or $6 per minute on a
girl/guy that is sitting there all angry and upset? You have to act, and it has to be a perfect
performance. The customers cannot know you are upset or feeling down. THEY WANT
HAPPY GIRLS and GUYS.
Scenario
Imagine this, a customer has a wife that’s grumpy and bitchy. He waits for her to go to bed so
he can get online and enjoy some hot girls/guys. He goes in your room and he sees you chatting
about your problems! He’s gone and so is his $$$. We expect every model to remember that
first and foremost you are an actress or actor who is online to provide an exciting and sexy
performance for your audience and not to let the customers know you are unhappy or upset. If
you cannot act fresh, cheerful and sexy, sign off and talk with your Crew leader.
4.8 Games
What NOT to do!
What is your game? Is your game working? Do you always have a game plan in mind when
you work your chat? Here’s an example of a really bad game we saw a model on another site
recently. We popped in the room and here‘s what we saw; “Well guys, my husband is home
today watching the kids so I have some time to play, who wants a show?” We were out of that
room before the model could finish the next sentence! And so was every potential buyer with
100 miles.
The money is in LONELY MEN and not horny men. If you notice any of the models you see
that are in a long l on l show, you will notice the shows are usually talk shows, lots of typing
with their outfits still on. There is a reason for that and the reason is the customer is lonely and
wants to talk.

Lonely customer fantasies are different than the sex show customer fantasies. Lonely customers
fantasise about having a girl/guy like you, about dating you, courting you and maybe even being
married to you. They want to introduce you to their friends, show you off and go out on the
town with you on their arm. Lonely men do not want to end the show if they still have hope of
reaching their fantasies. Sex show customers on the other hand, masturbate and then leave your
room.
Appealing to the lonely customer is easy. Always remember that your ROLE is to ACT
SINGLE and convey the impression you are available! The game of acting single has to be
subtle and coy, (Not to obvious).
If you come on too strong they know you’re working them. Customers will refuse to believe
you are single even if you are. But, they do believe that you are going through a breakup.
Everyone can relate to that because most everyone goes through breakups or knows someone
that has. We saw a model using this breakup routine in the open room the other day, one of the
customers asked why the model broke up and the model’s reply was pure genius.
The model said, “I dumped him because he was too cheap!” Perfect!
What a great subversive way to say, “If you want me, step up and spend some money on me.”
We love it. If your open room has a low key, underlying message of “I’m single and looking”
that’s the best game you can put down. If you can succeed in playing the part of a single person
looking for a relationship, that performance will over time attract some lonely buyers, and with
that comes longer shows with less physical work, more minutes and more $$$.
4.9 Where Are The Buyers??
A) Who are members and who are not members?
With the AMS chat system; it is possible to see who are members and who are not.
• Any name listed in the chatname bar is an active member.
• Any Name that is a different colour from the others can be a heavy user or a VIP account.
• Exits, Visits are in Blue. These are potential members who can peek into your member chat for a
while but cannot talk. It is up to you to get these potential members to join. Show them how nice
you are and when they join, they will come back to you!
B) Are most customers who purchase 1on1 shows talking in Free Chat or lurking on the sidelines?
We have found that the spenders are both quiet and talking. Many just listen to see how you
react with the other members and other spenders will see how you react with them. Sometimes
they will test you or come with no money to see if you treat them any different. All members
should be treated the same. You never know who has the “Hots” for you and will spend.
C) Are there countries that can’t get accounts because of high credit card fraud?

Yes, there are certain countries that we block because of fraud, low salaries or to protect our
models against being recognised from their own countries.
D) What age is the average customer?
Does it really matter? If you are a good model and members take you Private, you are doing
well, that’s the important aspect of being a model.
E) How do you know whom to target?
Target everyone. All members are potential customers. It is up to you to find out what buttons to
press for each member. Hit the right buttons and they will take you Private. If you ask open
questions (Questions that require more that a Yes or No), you will get a better response from all
the room instead of from only one member. Note that most members don’t even talk but do
listen. This way you get more information (answers to your questions) to find out what makes
each member horny.

This is exactly why it’s so important how you respond to the entire room, you need to impress
the customers that are lurking in your open room but staying quiet and not chatting. We can’t
stress too much how important it is for you to realise that most buyers don’t chat in the
Free Chat. Post a big sign on your monitor
“I AM CHATTING TO IMPRESS THE NON CHATTERS.”
This will remind you that most buyers do NOT chat in the open room. They simply “window
shop” and they browse the rooms until they find a model worth going on a 1on1 show with.
Scenario
Let us play the average buyers for a minute here (ones that already have an account). We will
be Buyers. We shall look at this scenario from a member’s point of view.
First of all, why are we using the Internet for sex and/or companionship? Well... We gave up
long ago trying to meet a girl/guy as gorgeous as you. Maybe we were shunned in school or in
clubs and bars. Perhaps we have prudish wives or girl/boyfriends and we long for hot sex and
intimate conversation. We like Internet girls/guys because we don’t have to compete with the
other guys for them. We find one we like and we take her, no hassles, no questions, no
worrying about our looks.
Normal preliminaries of courtship are dispensed with and we can get right to whatever we want,
whether it’s sex or conversation or both. We go from one model‘s room to the next looking for
our type of girl or guy, one that we’re attracted to physically and also we have to like her/his
personality. So we watch her/him, and read the chat. We’re not going to compete in open room

some of theses models think we’re stupid and that we don’t know they’re milking us. If she/he
does that to us we’ll leave the 1on1 show right away and find someone else. Hmmm, she/he just

treated that customer very rudely that asked to see her pussy or his cock. We’re going to find a
model that is friendlier to horny guys like us.
And off they go... never saying a word in open room, taking their minutes and $$$ with them.
That is a shame, if you just hadn’t gotten that mean look and bitched out that guy that asked to
see your pussy or your cock, you might be in a show right now. It can’t be repeated too often:
You are a Performer and you must at all times try to give the best performance you can. Stay
focused!!
OK, let’s address how to flush out customers who purchase 1on1 shows. There are a few things
you can do to do this.
a) Talk to someone that’s not chatting and say something like this: “Hey all you Non-Chatters,
don’t hide. Come talk to me. Don’t be shy ☺”
b) A guy’s talking to you and being kind and gentlemanly, ask him this; “You’re sweet
Gentleman, have you ever bought a 1on1 show from the site before?” The wording here is
important, you are not asking him to buy from you, you are merely asking if he’s bought a
1on1 show on the site before. Guys tend to answer this question honestly because it’s not a
direct request for them to buy. His answer is very telling. A “no’ answer means he is
probably not a buyer and you can work him from that angle. A ‘yes’ answer means he is a
buyer and he is a good prospect to work on.
Lastly for this section is the customer’s age. Be aware that most customers that spend $$$ on
longer shows tend to be over 30. Identify the guys over 20 and use your “Game” to work them.
Your chances are much better than working on an 18 or 20 year old.

5) Fighting Fraud
We need everyone's cooperation in the fight against fraud. If you suspect that you are in a 1on1
show with a fraudulent customer, you are expected to contact your crew manager so they may
contact the Fraud department. If we find that you aided in the apprehension of a fraudulent
customer, you will be rewarded monetarily. Here are some things to look for to identify
fraudulent customer.
• People who brag about being a "hacker." These people will straight up tell you that they
steal credit cards or hack computers.
• Someone who identifies them self as a minor – A child under 18 years of age.
• Someone who opens up accounts using the same user name that is modified slightly.
• A new customer who spends an extraordinary amount of time with you.
• Someone who shows no sexual interest.
• Someone who has a suspicious user name. This one may be difficult but be alert. Here
are some examples; these are not actual customer names.
