a. Changes Within the Investment Portfolio
Scudder, Stevens & Clark recommended the following changes within the
investment portfolio. The Trustee Investment Committee reviewed these
recommendations and concurre*d with their execution with the exception
of the sale of Consumers Power stock which they determined should be
considered by the total Board of Trustees prior to its sale. The
majority of the Trustees concurred with the selling of the Consumers
Power stock, and the transaction has now been completed.
