6. As to the Other Eligible Settlement Participants so listed, the Court grants final
approval of the Settlement, and approves the issuance of Individual Payments to them in
accordance with, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the Settlement Agreement.
7. The Court approves the issuance of (i) Service Awards to the Named Plaintiffs of
$2,500 each in recognition of their service as representative plaintiffs, less deductions as
provided in the Settlement Agreement, (ii) attorneys’ fees to Plaintiffs’ Counsel in an amount
equal to 16.66% of the Individual Payments issued to the Named Plaintiffs and to the Existing
Opt-In Plaintiffs and Other Eligible Settlement Participants listed in this Second Stipulated
Order, and (iv) expense reimbursements to Plaintiffs’ Counsel in the amount of $6,500.
8. The Court dismisses with prejudice the claims of the Other Eligible Settlement
Participants listed in this Second Stipulated Order, and enters final judgment dismissing them
from the Lawsuits. The Court finds there is no just reason for delay and directs the Clerk of the
Court to enter this Second Stipulated Order and Partial Final Judgment immediately.
9. The Court continues to retain jurisdiction over the Lawsuits for purposes of
administration of the Settlement and enforcement of the Settlement Agreement.
