On February 5, 2013, I, State A ttorney Investigator Tony Dossett, and State Attorne Investi ator Joe Caceres
obtained Sworn Statements from Stephanie Sistrat and Yueh Mei Chung at the l located at 0
, Florida. The audio of both statements was digitally recorded. During Ms. Sistrat's
interview she stated that she was not positive that the business card she previously gave to Investigator Caceres was
from the off icer that came to the motel looking for the victim in this case. She further advised that there were several
other cards from members of the Orlando Police Department at the front desk that Ms. Chung had recently moved and
she now does not know where there are. When Ms. Chung ,
s interview was over she retrieved two (2) City of Orlando
Police Depa rtment business cards from the area of the front desk. One card was in the name of Detective Paul
Bruining. The telephone number on the card was blacked out and the telephone number 321-229-2962 was handwritten
on the front of the card at the bottom. The name Leonard Wilson was hand-written on the back of the card, and
the same telephone number 321-229-2962 was hand-written below the name. The other card was in the name of
Detective David Osso. I took digital photographs of the front and back of both business cards and gave the cards back
to Ms. Chung. Digital recordings of the interviews were copied to CD-R disks. I gave two (2) disks to Investigator
Caceres and one (1) disk to Chief Investigator Wm. Eric Edwards. I printed one set of photographs of the business
and attached the photographs to this statement.
